Due to medical reasons, I was in and out of the dental office a lot when I was younger. The staff at the office always helped and encouraged me. I wanted to help others receive the exceptional care that this office gave to me.
I am determined to make unwanted dental visits (no one ever likes the dentist) an exceptional and comfortable experience. I do this by striving to make people feel comfortable, educated, and important!

I graduated from high school in Omaha, Nebraska, and moved to Indianapolis shortly thereafter. This has been my home since 1974 except for the three years I was in the Air Force Dental Corps at Langley AFB Virginia.
My wife, Lois, and I have been married for more than 38 years and have three children and two grandchildren. They are the joy of my life. Faith and family have always been at the center of my life, and my dental practice is an extension of that core.
For me, dentistry is like a hobby I get to use to help people. I am glad I can still say that Im excited to get up every day and go to work. It is fun to work with a team who is like-minded and genuinely wants to serve the needs of others with skill and compassion.

As a form of conscious sedation, nitrous oxide is inhaled through a small mask that fits comfortably over your nose. In just a few minutes, you may start to experience a floating sensation, and perhaps some tingling in the hands and feet. Thats a sign the sedation is working.
Once it has been verified that youre calm and comfortable and that the dose is correct, your dental procedure can begin. This form of sedation is ideal for children, those with mild anxiety, or patients who struggle to sit in the chair for lengthy procedures.

No one "likes" to go to the dentist... but sometimes it's necessary! Dr. Kenny has been our dentist for several years now. Great Office staff, top notch dental hygienists, text reminders, payment plans, and most of all its comforting knowing we're in good hands!

I was looking forward to my dentist visit with Dr. Kinney's office this morning. I can't review on anything but my lobby experience but I can just say my experience was not pleasurable. I did not have my employer insurance card and it's confusing to me why this professional establishment could not pull my insurance with my Social Security number. I was turned away and it was publicly announced in the middle of the lobby of my situation, that I had to make a payment upfront or I cannot be seen. I feel like had I'd been called to the window with that information my experience would have been more favorable but I am taking my feedback today and finding another dentistry to complete my restoration and I will not be referring this establishment. I felt very biased. Thank you Reception

I have been going to Dr Kinney for over a year now and have had to have quite a bit of work done. I have to say, that being a dental assistant in my earlier years and knowing a bit about procedures, that Dr Kinney is The Best!! And, his staff is just simply awesome!! Very caring and very kind ! simply could not recommend Dr Kinney' s office more highly!!! wish I'd have found him sooner !!!' Sharon white

Dr. Kinney is professional and invests in each one of his patients. He provides the very best care in terms of dentistry. If he feels that a specialist is required for high complexity procedures, he has no problem recommending someone who will exceed expectations. As long as I am in Indianapolis, and whether my insurance will cover his services or not, I will go to Dr. Kinney because I know that I will receive the best dental care.

Working with Dr Kinney, Lois, and the Keystone Dentistry team has been a wonderful experience. Their north side Indianapolis office located at 96th St and Keystone Parkway (located just west of the Tom Wood Ford dealership that is on the northwest corner) is convenient to get to from my east Carmel home. Specializing in dental implants, same day or "Single visit" crowns, and IV Sedation dentistry, Braces, and of course - general dentistry. Dr, Kinney's demeanor is super friendly and yet totally authentic. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Dr. Kinney has been my dentist forever and he is great. Very smart, very research-oriented in his approach. He's also has great interpersonal skills and takes the time to explain what he's going to do before he does it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After not having been to the dentist for many years, I was relieved to find Dr. Kinney through a recommendation from a friend. I am an extremely anxious patient and everyone at Keystone Dentistry goes out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. The office is clean and quiet, they offer coffee and tea in the waiting room, and everyone always has a smile on their face. I would highly recommend Dr. Kinney to anyone who has had bad experiences at the dentist or is just anxious about doctors and needles in general. :-)

I've been seeing Dr. Kinney for years and have always been very pleased. He has always done excellent work and has made the experience as comfortable as possible. The rest of the office is very friendly and efficient making each visit as brief and painless as possible.

Dr. Kinney and his staff go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and have a pain and anxiety free dental experience. I am one who does not do well in a dental office and the staff knows me well enough to manage that. They are all kind and caring. Dr. Kinney does sedation dentistry if needed and for me, it is needed! Dr. Kinney is experienced and has great dentistry skills, a caring and gentle manner and truly cares about his patients. I also know Dr. Kinney to have exceptional integrity and character, all of which me makes me trust him as my dentist. I highly recommend Keystone Dentistry and Dr. Kinney.
