I've had such a great experience with Dr. Shim and his whole staff. They have always made sure to make me and my 2 kiddos feel comfortable and to explain what they're doing. The office is a calm and inviting atmosphere that has worked really well for us. I've already recommended Dr. Shim to some friends who have also been very happy to have found him.

We just started with Dr. Shim and have found him and his staff to be very knowledge and pleasant to work with. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and I was very comfortable during the exam. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable dentist in the area.

A filling in the front of my mouth fell out- Dr. Shim and his team saw me immediately. After the warm welcome at the front, I was whisked in and out 20 minutes later! Dr. Shim was gracious, skilled and quick. As is everyone on his team, I must say. I am so grateful to have my mouth in their care!

Confused by any negative reviews for this dentist and office staff. Dr. Shim is a caring, kind, and gentle dentist with excellent skills. He has bent over backwards to accommodate me in several situations. His office staff is friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with this dentist and crew!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. SHIM'S dental office. The team that he's built to represent his work are all AMAZING,GENTLE and FRIENDLY. I'm giving 10's across the board. Loved my experience and I'm excited that I can take my children here as well! Highly recommend his facility for dental care

I'm a little confused by some of these negative comments, this place is literally the best dentist I've ever been to! The whole staff is kind and extremely helpful! Dr shim is a great guy and an even better dentist! He helped me out a great deal when I was in pain and needed work done with limited insurance. Again, incredible place and atmosphere... they deserve 10 stars! Everyone here is great!

The whole staff is incredibly helpful, positive, and welcoming. Shelby is an amazing hygienist, always taking the best care of my teeth and my family's teeth with full explanations and and direct communication. Dr. Shim has been excellent with my children and is an all around thorough and caring dentist. I recently started bringing my mother there and she is also very happy with Dr. Shim and the other hygienist. Overall the staff is pleasant and kind and the kids always look forward to going since they can pick out a gift. When they were little they loved to play with Mr. Thirsty. They are truly a wonderful family dentist.

Dr. Shim was totally thorough, gentle, professional and reasonably priced. On my first visit, he did not propose anything costly or cosmetic as some dentists do to up their fees. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I called to make an appointment and his staff hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional office. If this is how they treat patients over the phone how can you trust Shim will be competent and gentle with your teeth?

I have been going to this practice for over 13 years and everyone is kind, knowledgeable and patient - I have severe anxiety and everyone is aware of it and treat me gently and with respect. Anita, Linda, Shelby, Marie and Dr Shim all work to make my care good and effective so I don't have to go back too often! I am grateful

I was a patient of Doctor Shim for several years. Recently I had a dental emergency and needed to see Doctor Shim right away and my insurance provides transportation. All Doctor Shim had to do was fill out a one page form. His office refused. When I spoke to doctor shim he told me he didn't "feel like" getting involved. Doctor Shim is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would recommend avoiding this dentist at all costs.
