I was unable to find anyone to take me for an emergency, Dr. Claiborne's staff went out of their way to get me in to stop the pain. They are compassionate. Thank you for caring.

You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail! The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel very welcomed. would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Claiborne takes care of our whole family and we love his small office and personal attention. Never have I felt pressured into interventions that were unnecessary and I feel confident in his professional skills. He does great with my little kids too! Thank you!

Absolutely the worst dentist in the state. Highly recommend never going to this establishment for your dental needs. He won't listen when you say it's too painful, he literally just keeps drilling. Doesn't know how to administer numbing correctly to the target area. Literally just looking for a paycheck to drive his fancy cars around. If i could leave a worse score than 1 star I absolutely would.

Terrible dentist. Dr. Claiborne is a mean old nasty dentist. He pushes and pokes very hard in your mouth. He has been in the business for a long time now but needs to get out of it and retire. If I could rate him a 0 stars I would.

Never in my life have I ever had it this easy to get a tooth extracted. This dentist is my hero. Compassionate to my pain and promptly got it removed.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Claiborne for any dental procedures. He is very unprofessional and aggressive to his patients. Never coming back here again. He needs to work on being more compassionate to his patients. Very disappointing.

Family of four just moved here and made appointments over a month in advance. I never got a confirmation call and our appointment was scheduled for a Monday. I checked my calendar on Saturday and saw that we had the Monday appointment, realizing that since making the appointment we had another Monday appointment that our family needed to make. I called on Sunday at 9am making the required 24 hour cancellation requirement as told. Regardless I had no confirmation and it was within 24 hours. I then call again Monday morning to ask about rescheduling and explaining why it was necessary to cancel, being respectful of the DR's time and services. I was told that I didn't call 24 hours in advance, which I did. I was also concerned because I hadn't received a confirmation call, I was then told that it's not there responsibility to do confirmation calls. Now I have been advised that we are not allowed to go there ever..Never in my life have I been treated so badly, the woman was irrational and aggressive and Dr Claiborne was supporting the way she was leading his front desk. I feel thankful that the appointment didn't workout based off of the harshness. I am also in the service industry and I am shocked and offended. I stayed calm and she got more and more aggressive, I followed the 24 hour guidelines. What business doesn't have an automated appointment reminder, especially if you have such a hard line with your appointments.

This is a phenomenal office! The receptionist is prompt and amazing at her job she greeted everyone like family! The dentist and hygienist were so fast and professional to help me get these wisdom teeth out! I absolutely love this office and will make sure to let all my family and friends know about this location we found our new family dentist! Thank you guys!

I called 2 weeks in advance and explained that I had just gone on MCNA (Medicaid) dental Insurance. I further explained that I was due for my 6 month cleaning but my regular dentist did not accept MCNA dental Ins. I was told I would get an exam, ex rays and my teeth then cleaned as is normal procedure at most dental offices. When I got there I was informed all they would be doing was a consultation and I would have to reschedule for my cleaning. I told her I did not have time in my schedule to do that, at which point she walked away and said as she did,"So you want to cancel"? I said"yes" without coming back out she said from the back room.. " ok you are cancelled"! Unprofessional and rude people, I will spend money I can't afford to right now and go to my regular dentist.

I recently received the MCNA insurance. I spent 3-4 hours one day calling dentist that are suppose to accept this insurance and could not find any that either wasn't accepting that insurance anymore or accepting new patients. I was very frustrated! Then I went to the bottom of the list which was Dr. Claiborne and was told they weren't taking that insurance until April. I explained my situation and that I have major tooth pain. They said that if there was a cancellation I could be seen. As luck had it there was and they got me in. Dr. Claiborne and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm thinking I found my new dentist! Thank you Dr. Claiborne and staff.

As much as i appreciate this office getting me seen in a timely matter, i have to say this was probably one of the worst experiences Ive had with a dentist. I have never felt more hopeless and insecure about my smile. The secretary was rude both times i spoke with her on the phone. I will say the assistant that brought me into the chair was very kind. The dentist however was very discouraging, immediately stating that my insurance would not cover any procedures and basically put focus on my front four teeth. There was no discussion on the actual health of my teeth or gums. He kept sighing really loud which to me seemed pretty passive aggressive and basically all he told me was that my insurance wont cover what i needed and that if i were to pay out of pocket it would take over 9000 to make them look "pretty." I left there in tears and as i was walking out the secretary was smirking and smiling which to me felt extremely rude. I would not recommend going to dentist if you are looking for a personable friendly dentist that has true concern for your dental health.

I only went to this dentist because part of my tooth broke off but if I were to read the reviews I would have never gone to this dentist office again . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dental office. Makes me wanna read more reviews for any business before I go to them for business. Using a dremel to do a cleaning and busting my gums open and I am pregnant my mouth hurts I will never go there again.

Great dentist with a friendly staff. I have been going here my entire life and have never had any issues with Dr. Claiborne. He is a straight shooter and will do what it takes to get the job done & help you feel comfortable!

I had broken a front tooth crown and was able to get in quickly to assess my situation. I was impressed with Diane, the receptionist/admin, as she was very knowledgeable regarding my insurance. My experience with Dr. Claiborne was very unfavorable along with his compassion for my situation. I was told that he could not put on a temporary crown, but it would entail six appointments involving inserting a post and then a root canal, costing me anywhere between $2500 to $3000 out of pocket. I left the office in tears. Today, I was able to get a second opinion and went home with a beautiful temporary crown in just one appointment and they worked with me on a payment plan! I'm so very glad that I got a second opinion!!
