Dr. Reinhart, a resident of Tampa since 1996, is originally from New York. He graduated from St. Johns University in Queens, NY with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. He received his dental degree from Georgetown University. Following dental school graduation, he completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Reinhart practiced as an associate in a general practice in Fairfax, VA for 1 year before joining the Air Force. During his service in the Air Force in completed a residency in Periodontics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he received his certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Reinhart has over 30 years of experience, owning his own practice for about 17 years. Dr. Reinhart is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (board certified). He currently serves on the Advocacy Committees of the Hillsborough Community College (HCC) and Erwin Technical Center dental assisting programs.

I visited Dr Kuo because my regular Dentist could not take care of my dental issue and recommended I see a periodontist. Dr Kuo diagnosed the issue quickly and saw another problem that my regular Dentist did not see. He was able to explain what he felt would alleviate my pain. His treatment worked and avoided a crown procedure that my regular Dentist thought could be necessary. He is very personable and his staff was also very nice and did their best to make me comfortable. I would give this office more stars if any were available.

Dr. Kuo and staff are simply wonderful. I have had a great experience coming here. Everyone put me to ease with the procedure I needed and played relaxing music during the procedure. I highly recommend this office for your periodontal needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuo for several years now and this review is long overdue! It is by far the best dental experience I have ever had (67 years old) he is truly the consummate professional. Always on top of a potential problem, outstanding work and great office staff. If having dental work done can be a pleasure this is it!

Just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kuo and his staff! For getting a tooth pulled, I had the best experience! Dr. Kuo is very very nice and I felt at ease about the extraction after our initial consultation. He was very through and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and had no pain? The ladies in his office were kind and helpful in every way! I totally recommend Dr. Kuo and his team for you're periodontal needs!

I had an apt today with Dr. Kuo at 2pm. I called to let the staff know that I will be about 10-15 min late. They tell me that's fine and I'll be seen when get there. I reach there at 2:15 and the receptionist tells me that that he's left already. I drove for 30 minutes, had to find and pay a babysitter for no reason. It's terrible service to have a patient on your schedule and then for the doctor to just leave. I will not be going back and will give my business elsewhere.

I cannot imagine going anywhere else for the service he provides. His office staff are all kind and caring. Maiden has been there with a smile and always has a positive attitude! He's continuing to see me every 2 weeks, for a while. He is very gentle and explains everything as he works.prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend Dr. Kuo.

Dr. Kuo is EXCELLENT !! Corrected a problem I had with periodontal ( GUM) disease--Corrected a problem I had with an IMPLANT--- He is very Caring and Knowledge ! I have Found MY periodontist for all my Future Gum and Implant NEEDS--I also will use Dr. Kuo office for my Dental Cleanings -- Don't Hesitate --Schedule an Appointment- He is that GOOD!--3/4/2020
