I have been going here for a few years now and I have never add a bad experience until today. I called to cancel an appointment. Today is 10/24/22 , I call at 9 am. My appointment on 10/26/22 at 6pm. They told me that I need to cancel within 48 hours notice. Because I did not call within 48 hours notice they were gonna charge me $30 per hour of my appointment. The procedure that I was getting was going to take an hour and a 1/2. So that is $45. The issue is that they were sending text reminders to the wrong telephone number. And I was just informed today. I'm upset because the office staff did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. And then had the audacity to ask me why I don't put it on my calendar or do they need to call and remind me everytime. What kind of statement is that? Last but not least she hung up on me! I called back and a gentleman answered. No Surprise. This will be the last time this office gets my business. My family of 4, with no outstanding balance and insurance are DONE!

As a patient for 15+ yrs, it's a very good dentist"shop". I do miss seeing one dentist, as I was Dr. Watts's patient before he retired.

THE WORST!!!!!! The "Dentists" are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG!!!! They need to be shut down!

NEVER AGAIN will I go here after being a customer for years! They have constant staff turnovers and some of them are VERY RUDE and condescending! It appears this behavior is acceptable! We never had any billing issues until last year and I was told patients cannot choose their services. It appears they code the services to get the best benefits from the insurance company. Going to the dentist is already stressful enough, the staff shouldn't make it worse before nor after your services. You just lost a loyal customer who is loyal no more. Thank your new staff!

HORRIBLE!!! Had an appointment today at 2:40 pm. Showed up at 1:56pm. I was going to be a NEW patient, so I came early to fill out new patient paperwork. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and very helpful!!!! Everything was great until I made it to the back with the tech who was supposed to take my XRays. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She was not compassionate or considerate to my swollen face, mouth and gums. She talked nasty to me. Telling me that I'm wasting her time by whining. She tried pushing/shoving the device in mouth and cut me three times!!!! I swear I couldn't get out of there FAST ENOUGH!!!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to this facility!!! And the people I know that go there won't be back AGAIN!!! Even a one star rating is giving away too much credit!!!

They aight just be careful cuz yo will have an appt for two fillings and they will only do 1 just to make u come back again . They are trying to get more money and use your visits up cuz u get 2 with most insurance. I had 3 appointments for something that should have been one

I am new to the area, and was in need to check a potential cavity in my tooth. Bottom line, it took 5 appointments and several hundred dollars to get a simple thing checked out, and ultimately, I had to find another dentist to finish the work because I have no faith in this dentist office. Here is my story: I made an appointment here to have them look at it since they were in my network and taking new patients. They took all the x-rays and everything, then told me "no cavities". I then schedule a cleaning. I go in for the cleaning, and "Oh, you have 2 cavities! We need to get you back in to take care of them." So I schedule another appointment to have them do the fillings. "We can only do one side at a time, so we will do this one first and schedule the other side another time." As they start drilling out the cavity, I hear the dentist saying "What is going on here?!" He proceeds drilling out about 1/4-1/8th of my tooth off, and then stops. "You need a root canal! I cant take any more out, without hitting the nerve, and it is all rotten in there!" So he sends me to an endodontist for the root canal with a referral saying "Definite treatment required" (not an evaluation). When I get there, I ask the endodontist to evaluate it first, because I never had any pain, so I was confused why I would need a "definite root canal". After the endodontist takes additional x-rays, pokes and prods my teeth, she comes back and tells me "I cannot perform a root canal on this tooth. It is a completely healthy tooth". At that point, I refused to go back to Watts. I found another dentist to finish the work, and they also said the tooth was completely healthy. They just cleaned out the temporary filling and filled the tooth back in with a filling. BTW, they also couldn't tell that I had Watts clean my teeth because they didn't do a very good job. Now I have to wait 6 months so insurance will cover the cleaning. Go to Watts at your own risk. I will never go there again.

Don't go. They will do anything to get first appointment like next day and once they start they don't give you an appointment soon. For example, they schedule the cleaning and only do one side. And when you try to make another side cleaning, the next available one is 6 months away. Why these dentist has to be so bad, every one of them

I had a great experience here. The staff fit me in due to an emergency and even gave me a referral to a specialist to correct my issue.
