I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I have to say that hands down Dr. Marvin is the best dentist out there. His knowledge and passion for his craft is top notch. The staff is amazing and always so welcoming. Highly Recommended for all of your dental needs.

And when I called back to ask for office manager she said her name was Cathy and hung up on me again. I will never set foot in that office again. NEVER!!!!!

Turned away a senior citizen who scheduled his whole day around appointment. Had insurance and all info and was missing one piece to call back with. So sad to treat customers like this

I was very disappointed that when I made my initial appointment with them I was explicit in explaining that I just had my teeth cleaned a month ago and did not need or even want another tooth cleaning, I just needed an examination for the tooth pain. Upon arrival I was put in an exam room and a hygienist arrived to clean my teeth, I explained I did not need it, thanks anyway, I was just here to get the pain taken care of. Eventually the "office manager" came in to visit me and eventually threatened me with a missed appointment fee because it is their "policy" to have all new patients get a mandatory tooth cleaning, it would have been proper to explain that over the phone and not wait until I was a captive audience, they could have, should have told me that on the phone or passed on what turned out to be just a cursory cleaning to fulfill their billing needs. I explained my additional concern it would probably worsen my pain by disturbing the tissues around the eventual root canal tooth. I eventually capitulated. She was not going to accommodate my request period. I was either get the cleaning or get billed for it anyway. I found out later that this was Mrs. Marvin, his wife. On the other hand, when i met Dr. Warren he was a really nice person and did a decent job of getting me taken care of with my tooth pain and a follow up root canal therapist treated me. It's too bad, they got their $50 or $100 for the tooth and now lost a patient with a promising amount of dental work ahead for shyster tactics on a first visit. Further it is their policy when overpaid by the insurance company to hold that money in their possession and only return it to the patient when the patient eventually discovers that there WAS an over payment and request it from them for reimbursement. They should at least notify you as my past dentists have instead of sitting on $500. I think Marvin will take good care of your dental health, but watch the front end office, they are all about the money.

I have been going to Dr. Marvin and his father for over 25 years now and he is a fantastic dentist and always does his best to treat everyone with kindness and empathy. His staff is friendly and attentive and always works with me if I ever have any insurance issues. I have had gum issues and multiple root canals and consider Warren a friend at this point from the rapport we have built up over the years! A++ all the way. - Adam Kern

Dr Marvin and staff are all there for you when dental maintenance or problems arise. I highly recommend this practice and they also are fairly priced, and accept most insurances

Attempted to make appointment but was treated horribly by Jackie Marvin. When I questioned the need for x-rays she cancelled my appointment. Disgusting treatment for potential patients. They also asked for a credit card # up front before any other questions. Is money the main goal here????
