As a first time patient, I was a little extra anxious about this dentist visit but my concerns melted away once I met the warm inviting staff. Their new online system made the new patient paperwork a breeze so I was seen right away. They offered me glasses, a blanket, pillow, water and guided me step by step through each process. I felt I was as much part of the process as opposed just sitting there as a prop being worked on. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would reccomend them to my friends for sure.

Professional, high quality and pain free treatment. Dr. Tsai and team are top notch. I live an hour away but am willing to go the distance because they are so good. Try them out!

Absolutely perfect. Every single person who worked there was genuine, nice, and honest. I had a little time crunch and everyone set perfect expectations of how long things would take while doing their best to save a few minutes for me. It was a huge help and I still received the most thorough exam I've ever had. I understood what should be addressed and why and what needs monitoring and why. That's my dental office as long as they will have me! (and don't judge the office by its cover: inside that building in need of a little tlc is a sleek, bright, and clean office. Top notch folks in a top notch facility)

Dr. Tsai is very professional, accommodat my request for lower medication and work on the area that I want which is different than what I scheduled. She even check on my previous filling and adjusted for me without me asking. She is simply the best.
