Dr Grannan-Manchen is extremely sensitive to her patience needs when it comes to creating positive dental experience. She approaches every situation with a positive attitude, which is reassuring. Her staff is kind, accommodating and prompt when it comes to returning messages.They make you feel important.

Do they ever answer their phone so patients can schedule an appointment?? I've called about seven times, seven, in a week and a half's time - not one answer.

Always running late and the office has been under construction for years, looks like it got damaged and was never rebuilt. Positive is they always have openings.

Very nice office and staff. Billing system needs an update was my only major issue. The doctor is very upfront and to the point she doesn't waste time and is pleasant! This has been my first experience feeling so welcome and calm at the dentist! And the dental hygienist is very thorough and considerate! Going back for a follow up later today!Load more
