Will NOT GO BACK!! I've been there twice in one week and boy oh boy did I fell left on the back burner. First appointment was at 11:15 I was there at 11 the lady at the front desk didn't check me in causing me to sit there an HOUR before anyone noticed, THEN I made another appointment because apparently they couldn't pull my teeth (because they messed up and didn't have time) for today at 12 an wouldn't ya know the slow lady at the front desk didn't MAKE MY APPOINTMENT- thankfully I called to double check my time because I haven't gotten to appointment text! They booked me for today at 12:15 get there at 12 and YALL THEY DIDN'T GET TO ME UNTIL 3 O'CLOCK!! Then when he was numbing me he's being rough and caused me to panic and all he can say is "don't move you're doing fine." Next time I'll read reviews before going because his office is pure BS!! And all the 5 star reviews on here make me laugh so hard!!

I dont like giving bad reviews but this one had to be said...If I can give them zero stars I would. This dentist and staff are a joke. They promise to do work on teeth but after they get payment they dont finish the work. They create excuses on why they can't do it. They're very unprofessional and don't check on the patient after making simple mistakes with their teeth. Horrible practice...enter at your own risk.

People please be very careful when having dental work done. My experience dealing with the Siffrard's have been almost criminal, as they have defied the State Law in complying with providing copies of a patient's chart. A formal complaint with the Mississippi Dental Board has been filed to initiate an investigation regarding that practice. I cannot reiterate how careful you need to be. Please just believe me when I say, "Be careful"!

I needed a new dentist and decided to book an appointment for a yearly dental exam and checkup in January of this year. During my visit, Dr. Siffrard discovered that I had a cavity. He offered to fill it the same day, and I agreed to let him do that. After the procedure, I didn't immediately have complications. It wasn't until early May; my teeth became very sensitive and started aching. I wasn't able to eat on my right side, and if air or anything hot/cold touched my tooth, it would hurt. I scheduled a second appointment to try and identify the issue. Dr. Siffrard confirmed that there was a crack in the filling of the tooth that he filled back in January. He offered to refill it. And yet again, I agreed. This time, after the anesthesia wore-off, I could immediately feel the sensitivity in my nerve. It has now been 5 weeks since he refilled the cavity, and the sensation and sensitivity has gotten worse. I'm not sure what he did, or did not do, but filling a cavity is minor work. With that being said, I've had teeth filled in the past, and I've never had one to crack. I've never had to get one refilled. And I've never had an aching tooth following the procedure. Overall, my oral health has been great up until now. He literally had two chances to fill the same tooth, and I will not be giving him a third. I've since visited a different doctor for a consultation, and now I'm stuck with having to possibly get a root canal. I don't have many regrets in life, but visiting Siffrard Family Dentistry is one of the worst yet. Sadly, the damage has been done. I can only hope that this review saves someone else the physical pain, and the financial burden.

My husband and I have been seeing the Siffrard's for years. We love them so much that we drive all the way from Harbor town just to see them. The Siffrards are a wonderful team and do excellent work.

I had a lot of work done with Dr.Siffrard, first visit I had 2 teeth extracted 1 wisdom and 1 molar with periodontal cleaning (deep cleaning) all 4 quadrants. Two weeks later second visit 2 wisdom teeth extracted with 4 fillings and a chipped front tooth repaired. During the procedures Dr.Siffrard made sure I was not in any pain and if I showed signs of discomfort he would stop and make sure the area he was working in was numb. Staff is very polite and professional. I would recommend anyone to this dentist.
