Dr. Veena Ramesh D.M.D. graduated from Boston Universitys Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program in 2009, where she was placed in the Deans List for achieving academic excellence. Shortly after completing a one-year General Practice Residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, she moved to Fairfield County in Connecticut where she practiced as a general dentist for four years.

Her decision to further her education brought her to the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, where she completed her Advanced Education Program in Endodontics. The rigorous two-year training enhanced her passion for the field. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of non-surgical and microsurgical endodontics and embraces the use of current advancements and technology.

During her time at NYU, Dr. Veena Ramesh D.M.D. actively participated in research on Regenerative Endodontics and was awarded for her presentation at the annual American Association of Endodontists meeting (2016). Prior to her education and work experience in the United States, she received her Bachelors in Dental Surgery degree in India.

Dr. Veena Ramesh D.M.D. believes that patient comfort and satisfaction is of paramount importance and is committed to providing exceptional, endodontic care as a part of the Scarsdale Endo team. It's almost impossible to give root canal a high rating, and yet, it's the only way to rate Dr. Ramesh. State of the art care and treatment, top notch equipment and facility, all in the hands of a consummate professional and really excellent supporting staff. COVID protocols ensure that no patients encounter each other and the staff escorts you through cleaning and preparation before each visit. Local parking and easy access to office via elevator building. I hope I never need a another root canal, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going.

I am completely blown away by the care I received from Dr. Ramesh and her office staff. I was literally escorted to her office by my longtime dentist, Dr. Fedele Vero who works on the floor below. He assured me I was in good hands. He was correct. Dr. Ramesh performed a root canal on my back bottom molar. It was my first. The office is taking exceptional care with Covid-19 safety. The procedure went smoothly. I am hoping I won't need another root canal, but if I do, I will be returning to Dr. Ramesh's office. Much thanks for your integrity and care.

Dr. Ramesh worked with my 9 y/o boy on a complicated dental procedure. She was very patient, warm, and gentle with my boy who needed a lot of reassurance. She was sensitive to his needs and comfort. I highly recommend her.

I took the time to write a review because of the very positive experience I had during a root canal on an upper molar with curved roots that was too complex for my regular dentist. I experienced zero pain and the only minor discomfort was the novocaine shot (which was to be expected). Everything else was totally painless. I can honestly say that she is: - Skilled - Fast - Efficient - Personable - a true professional. The office equipment is state of the art. I would absolutely recommend!

I went to see Dr. Ramesh as an emergency for root canal treatment as per my general dentist. I had an amazing experience in her office. The staff was kind and got me in her schedule the same day because I was in so much pain. The office was clean and relaxing. Dr. Ramesh explained everything and spent her time with me before starting anything. I had no pain after the procedure and would recommend her to anyone that comes in my path.

After two months she realized how much she fell in love with working in the endodontic field and left her other job to join us full time. She has been apart of the Scarsdale endo team for almost 2 years now. When she is not at working, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends especially playing and caring for her two cats and 5-foot Iguana.

Sylvia is a certified dental assistant and has been assisting for over 8 years. She loves what she does day in and day out and comes to work every day with a smile. She believes that helping patients and making them feel better is gratifying. She was born and raised in Manhattan and is a mother to two amazing kids. Nichola, known around the office as Nicky, has been with our team since 2020. She is the smiling face and happy voice that greets you! She has been in the dental field for over 15 years and has such passion for what she does. When she is not with us she loves to spend time with her daughter Naomi, try new restaurants and enjoy relaxing on her free time.

Reshone jones-Reshone, a year ago enrolled in a dental school in Elmsford, Westchester School for Dental Assistans and instantly fell in love with the profession. He graduated and is now a certified dental assistant and is more then happy to have joined the team. Reshone is funny and charismatic and will brighten up your day with a smile. He enjoys the company of his friends and family and dreams of traveling the world.

A++ Dr. Jacobs and staff are amazing. I went in last Friday for a root canal and she could not have made my experience any better. Dr. Jacobs and staff were extremely patient with me and made me feel at ease. One of the girls from the office was even holding my hand during the painless process. Dr. Jacobs took care of my emergency root canal while putting me at ease. Her gentle care was extraordinary. Like many people going to a dentist has been a fear of mine since I was a kid. Can I give it 10 stars because that is what Dr. Jacobs deserves? Due to my own fault of not taking care for my mouth, I wound up needing about 5 or 6 root canals over a 3 month period. Each time I went to Dr. Jacobs I was feeling more and more relaxed. She is gentle, kind, and comforting. Dr. Jacobs is truly wonderful at what she does. Thank you Dr. Jacobs a million times over!!

Born in New York, Arielle Chassen Jacobs, D.M.D. attended college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then traveled to Philadelphia to begin her dental studies at the University of Pennsylvania where she was awarded the American Association of Endodontic Award of Excellence. Next Arielle Chassen Jacobs, D.M.D. attended Tufts University Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts where she completed specialty training in endodontics.

After graduation, Arielle Chassen Jacobs, D.M.D. returned home to New York to practice endodontics in Manhattan. She has passed all three portions of the board exam and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. To keep knowledgeable about best care practices and current technology, she participates with local and national, general dental and endodontic associations including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and the American Association of Women Dentists.

Dr. Jacobs is amazing ! As a very nervous patient I visited Dr Jacobs for an emergency root canal. She made me feel 100% at ease and worked painlessly on my tooth , constantly checking if I was ok. Dr. Jacobs came highly recommended to me when I needed an Endodontist to perform three root canals on a molar in my lower left quadrant. It was not an ordinary procedure, so it required the expertise of a specialist. Dr. Jacobs performed the procedure in a very professional and empathic manner. She cares for her patients well-being. Her services are provided in a state-of-the-art facility, and her staff is professional, caring, and courteous. I was referred to Dr. Jacobs for the re-treatment of a root canal. She made the experience easy and comfortable explaining what the treatment involved, answering all my questions with patience and in terms I could understand. She and her staff go the extra mile to make sure the patient is comfortable. They even called the next day to see how I was after the treatment.

Dr Jacobs is Fantastic. I had a bad infection in both of my front teeth and I was recommended to her from my Dentist. At first I did not want to go because I was afraid with this procedure, I would lose my two front teeth then I realized I could not put it off any longer. As soon as I walked into Dr Jacobss office, I was greeted with friendly faces. Dr. Jacobs was amazing.

Like most people going in for a root canal, I was nervous. Very nervous. However, Dr. Jacobs and her caring staff put me right at ease. Dr. J is super patient, gentle and thorough. Her front office is beyond helpful and friendly and the assistants are top notch and lovely. It was a great experience (really) and two weeks later I am 100% pain free. 5 stars isnt enough!

Everyone in this office is kind, welcoming and professional. I was afraid to get the dental procedure done but Dr. Jacobs made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She worked quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend her.
