Dr. Tyler Clark was born and raised in Eugene, OR. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University in 2011. Dr. Clark practiced in Portland for five years, while working several days a month at our practice in Eugene. Dr. Clark has now moved to Eugene with his family and is working full time at our office. Dr. Clark purchased the office in 2018.
Dr. Clarks hobbies include being outdoors, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family. Dr. Clark has been married for 12 years to his wife Katelyn, and is the proud father of Briella, Lily, Aislynn,and Hayden.
'I wanted to become a dentist because I have always had a calling towards medicine, but I also love to work with my hands. Dentistry is the perfect balance of those two things. I really enjoy going to work everyday and helping people.

As one of 618 dentists who hold this distinguished membership, Dr. O'Hara is one of the leading experts in Implant care.
Dr. Mark O'Harabegan his career in dentistry asa dental assistant for six years in the Naval Reserves. During this time he completed his undergraduate requirements and then graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1980.
Dr. O'Hara has over thirty-five years of experience in the same location. He prides himself on the long-term experienced staff he has assembled to provide the highest quality dental care to his patients. He doesn't plan on retiring anytime soon; in fact, he enjoys dentistry so much he returned to school part-time in 2010 at the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry to complete the highly acclaimed one year Maxi Dental Implant course, the only recognized accredited implantology course currently in existence.
On a more personal note: Dr. Mark O'Hara has been married to Mary Jane for over twenty-five years. They have two adult children Katelyn and Kyle, a wonderful son-in-law Tyler Clark and three grand-daughters and one grandson. The O'Hara children are following in their Dad's care giving footsteps, Katelyn a physician in Eugene and Kyle is attending dental school.

I have been very happy with Dr. Clark and all of his staff. With no fluoride as a child, I ended up with weak teeth that have needed a lot of maintenance. Dr. Clark has helped me decided what is really necessary and prioritize that to manage my costs.

I am in awe after having gone to my cleaning session with Jody. Not only was she very patient and thorough, she did what no other dental hygienist has done- using visuals, she gave me a a straightforward rundown of which areas needed improving and why. Her passion and dedication to her craft is noticeable upon meeting her. This office, in general, has been my hands-down, favorite dentist's office. I've lived all over the country and so that is saying a lot. Another strange and amazing thing to point out about this office is the peaceful ambience. You wouldn't ever expect that walking into a dentist's office. I believe the that dedicated people that work at Dr. Tyler D. Clark, Heritage Dental are the reason behind that.

I have been going to them for all of my dental work for many years. They have been able to perform repairs other dentists would not attempt and save the teeth. Gracious staff at all levels listen to my concerns and provide prompt attention to my needs. Dr. Clark has resolved long standing dental problems that were not being addressed adequately at my former dental practice. Heritage Dental is a true local, family dental practice, not an in and out dental care factory.

I've been going to Heritage Family Dental for more than 20 years and greatly appreciate their kindness, warmth, and excellent dental care. They operate as a real team and cover for one another without missing a beat. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

It's always a pleasure to go to Heritage Family Dental. I was especially happy this last time with my 6-month appointment. Thanks to the prescription toothpaste and the mouthwash they recommended, Jody had to look hard for places to clean. The whole staff is outstanding.

I have nothing but praise for this dental office! I started with Dr O'Hara and his staff several years ago and have continued on with Dr Clark and his inherited staff! Every single person in this office is professional, kind, caring and above all highly qualified in their position.
