I went in for a cleaning the staff and Dr. Case were very welcoming, gentle , and my teeth were beautiful after the cleaning !

Such a great visit. Dr. Case's office is just so adorable, feels very comfy. He and his staff are the best. I totally recommend a visit to Dr. Case

Amazing dental care! Great for emergencies too! FYIO - A disgruntled employee has posted that Dr. Case is closed.. This is not true.

Because of health reasons, It takes me longer to get ready at times. I had been having pain. I scheduled 3 appointments with Dr. Case. The first one, I was 5 minutes late, he wouldn't see me. The second time I had to reschedule last minute because I wasn't feeling good. The third time, unfortunately, I was late again. He refused to see me yet again. I can see a doctor not seeing you because he has other patients, but both times, there were no other patients and every time myself or my family came in, it was like a ghost town in there. I finally went elsewhere to a dentist much more understanding. He is very unprofessional. His receptionist was very empathetic and understanding, however. I hope she finds another job so that his unprofessionalism doesn't reflect poorly on her.

Dr. Case never provided the final retainer for which I paid nor did he send my records to my new dentist despite repeated requests from the new dentist for them. Now he has the nerve to send me a bill for mystery services with no explanation. Avoid this man like the plague-IF you can find him or get anyone to answer the phone.

Great experience! As I get older I find that my spirit is still young but my teeth were getting old. Ha! Doctor Case and his team solved the problem. I now have young teeth to match my state of mind. Kind, professional and thorough. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Case and his staff are very cool and laid-back. The office is in a really pretty old house and in downtown Covington and Dr.Case has a great sense of humor.
