I was a walk in and didn't call ahead to schedule any appointment due to my abrupt gum/ tooth pain but Dr. Nguyen was super kind enough to quickly accommodate my request and see me right away. The entire process went smoothly, I was pain free afterward- thank you so much Dr. Nguyen and his front desk member !!! I would definitely recommended this place for future visit!!!!

Dr. Nguyen is the best. He does amazing work, he doesn't cut corners and his sense of humor makes going in an even better experience. Staff is great too! Highly recommend seeing Dr. Nguyen.

I don't have anything negative to say. I was in and out, got my cleaning and x-rays done. Jamie was super nice and gentle with my cleaning. Dr.Nguyen was great, He had a great sense of humor and was honest. I'm not sure why anyone would put bad reviews for this office... I am super grateful I found this dental office especially coming from my previous dentist office which was Great Northern Dental

They care a lot about their patients and they even fit with emergency situation appointment as fast as they can. That show a lot of concern. The doctor is so sweet and outgoing.

I've been going here for about 6 years now I love this place very friendly environment this dentist definitely knows what he's doing I love that he is so funny and the girls at the front desk are very nice everytime.I would highly recommend this dentist to people and another thing I like is that when he does a filling he gives you a mirror so you could see the cavity for yourself after he drills it.So I'm not sure about all the negative reviews but this place is awesome!!!!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are wonderful! They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean. I feel that I receive the best care at every visit. Dr. N put me at ease while I was having a very big procedure done and made sure that I did not feel pain. I feel very comfortable going to Dr. Nguyen and I'm so happy that he has brought back my smile and dental health. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Nguyen is one if the best dentist in the CNY area! This Doctor will fix your teeth if they are fixable! Not extract! The staff is also amazing! Kind, courteous, helpful and Knowledgeable! Dr. Nguyen does his work thoroughly with no pain! We are lucky to have him in N. Syracuse. He's got a great Sense of humor too! Excellent!

I brought my 3 and 5 year old kids here the hygenist and dentist were both great with the kids, very good experience glad we found a new dentist for them! Highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at their office. I went a few years without dental visits due to my last office changing names and insurance they accepted. I neglected my teeth by not flossing regularly or having regular cleanings and developed gingivitis and tartar buildup along with yellow staining. After my visit today for my first cleaning at their office I was completshocked by how amazing my teeth looked. They were white! No stains, no buildup! The hygienist did an amazing job. Truly impressed! I think her name was Jamie. I wish I could submit my before and after pictures!

Let me first say I have worked in a dental clinic both back and front office. So I made sure to ask about the insurance prior to being seated. After waiting close to 3 months for this appointment, my first impression was very good! I had a great experience until I received a bill for preventative / diagnostics and after following up with the insurance I am informed that this provider is not in network with my insurance. So I called the clinic to ask them why I was not made aware during my initial visit when I handed my insurance card to the front desk. Immediately I was met with the worst customer service. I am cut off in the middle of my question, my concern is not being addressed, and the attitude is as if I am looking for a fight. There is no compassion or appreciation for you as a patient. Idk I'm truly saddened to have to find another clinic for my entire family after waiting this long to get an initial visit. It's really sad when the provider and practice it self are great, but you're treated like trash by the front office. They are the face of the practice. They should take pride in their job & truly care about helping people. Not just be there for a paycheck!

Before letting this dentist drill your teeth get a 2nd opinion. I received a phone call from them reminding me of an appointment for fillings which I had no clue what they were talking about. I asked what teeth and the receptionist said she had to go check. She informed me that it was a back tooth and my 2 front teeth. I would definitely remember that (2 front teeth). I told the receptionist to cancel the appointment. I went to Aspen Dental for Free x-ray and check up (if they don't take your ins. it is considered you don't have any and they will set up a payment plan). They did so many x-rays of my teeth and 3-d imaging and dentist said I have no cavities.

I've always hated the dentist, I use to be the worst patient, I was traumatized as a child, when I first started coming here it was panna Howell I started to slowly get use to her, and started being a "better patient" my whole family comes here also, when she retired I was once again nervous to go and I was back to square one but the dentist is very funny, and my anxiety goes away he makes you distracted so you don't think about what's going on he is professional and he takes his time and isn't all about the money he wants the best for the patients ! Very friendly, professional! And all around great!

Stay as far away from this unprofessional practice. This dentist is the worst I have ever encountered. He advised myself amd sons we needed multiple fillings. Even stated "I am going to make lotsa money off you" Went to another dentist and confirmed no cavities and no fillings needed. Staff used to be so caring before Dr Panna Howil retired now they are as arrogant as this quack. Thanks for the PTSD Doc!

After reading several negative reviews about fillings, I thought I would share my experience to negate. I was an inherited patient after the dentist I was going to retired, and was a bit hesitant at first to openly trust this doctor. He indicated I had two bottom molar cavities, and two additional upper molars that would may attention in the future. I had never had a cavity since I was a young child, but Dr. Nguyen is adamant in educating his patients and transparently showing the concerns. He provided a mirror so I could see first hand the holes that had developed, and proceeded to provide tips for better dental hygiene to prevent future occurrences. He offered the chance for me to preventatively repair the uppers. As far as the negative comments regarding the front office staff, I think everyone needs to have a little more compassion and empathy. This office, just like every other dental office, had to shut down during the pandemic and reschedule ALL appointments. It does not excuse rudeness, but we all have had our days where we have misdirected anger and frustration to the wrong party. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff, so take those reviews with a grain of salt.
