They canceled my daughter's appointment when I didn't call in within 4 hours of them leaving a message on my voicemail in which they demanded a return call with insurance information. I was busy working so that I can pay for the insurance policy they demanded and didn't have the chance to check the message until after their deadline. When I called in the next day after I had a chance to check the message, the receptionist said the appointment was canceled and started talking over me citing their policies. I guess they're so busy they needed that 30 minute time slot in which they had my daughter scheduled. So, they decided to not give me enough time to call in. Take your child somewhere else. They don't seem to care if you're an equally busy working parent.

Took my 2 1/2 grandson there, she suggested the removal of all his front teeth or putting crowns using scare tactic. Went for a second opinion to find out that it was not at all necessary. The child is doing well.Unethical??

Be prepared to be judged ... by the dentist. If you just want the dentist to do their job and give you the data they collect to make informed decisions, go somewhere else. She did not share the results of my children's x-rays with me. She said he needed a referral for a root canal and would email it to me today and I haven't received it,..The ladies at the front desk are super nice.

So my kids missed appointment back in March due to Covid and the time before that due to we had Covid now I made a appointment for my kids back in august when I called to verify they appointment was told there was no longer appointment that my kids was blocked I shouldn't have to call for two weeks to find this out knowing they are only open like two-three days out the week. Thanks to the nice lady finding out for me

The doctor has a nasty attitude and is very money hungry. I have four children ranging in age from 4-18. All have been going to the dentist since they had teeth every 6 months. Once they're original dentist office closed we were referred here by their pediatrician. I have never had to pay $55 every time they need a filling and we have always had insurance with no co pay. Just horrible but her staff are nice and seem to can't stand working under. She is a terrible individual for what she does. I mean your a dentist your getting paid for every visit why try to take extra from the less fortunate. It's very disgusting to even think about.

Do not take your children here staff is disrespectful dishonest and rude. She lied and told me my child aged out when he turned 14 but he had been going to her for years so technically she could have still seen him and billed his insurance she's a rude BISH

Office manger "Nicole" was very rude and disrespectful...the staff at the front desk scheduled my daughter an appointment for a time that wasn't available for the doctor which was after school hours and the manager called to let me know that I couldn't keep that time. She was VERY NASTY with her tone and attitude on the phone call and then decided to hang up on me when I was talking. Will never receive service from this establishment again also they have long wait times would not recommend! P.S. It was Dr. Trista that pretended to be the office manger

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is so kind and patient. The environment is very welcoming to children of all ages and backgrounds. I highly recommend them to anyone! Also, very neat and clean!

My kids really liked Dr. Trista she was super friendly, and her staff was just as friendly as she was and provided great care and service. I am very pleased.

This is a HORRIBLE Children's Dentist Office. The Dentist Herself is Rude and Mean. She is not in it to help the Children. The Staff was rude as well, I have never been treated SO BADLY. I honestly have no idea why She's so Highly rated. Worst Dentist Office EVER! I wish I could give Her no Stars.

On Friday, July 8th I spoke to the most unprofessional office secretary. I called and told them I will be a few minutes late and she proceeds to respond in a unprofessional manner on that all my children couldn't seen when I was only 5 minutes away and I have an 1:00 and 1:20 and 1:40 appointments. She also proceed to stated that I needed to make separate appointments for my children next based off of history which she couldn't elaborate on which prop me to called back to say you know what cancelled all the appointments. The secretary proceed to say yes we figure and wasn't even trying to be accommodating. If Dr. Trista do read this do know your new employee professionalism needed to be address because it's distasteful. I will never send my children back again because of your employees.

The office was great, until we needed documentation for our HSA company and supplemental insurance. The office staff said the doctor is the ONLY PERSON who can do a printout of your account. The doctor laughed when I asked her and said she was too busy and would get it the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I have since called multiple times requesting the same documentation. We ended up using the documentation that we received from insurance processing their claim because that part they did timely. We will NEVER return and I had high hopes since she was rated to be a great dentist in the area. Skills are nothing without organization and cohesiveness in the practice.

The first time we went we had to wait almost an hour, waiting with 3 kids at a dentist office for an hour was not easy, but I understand it can happen and gave them another shot. A few days before my next appointment they called to confirm, saying they needed updated insurance, I called them back the next day to address the issue and they had canceled the appointments! I waited months to get the appointment and they just canceled with no warning, I have never heard of that! I have since found a much better dentist.

Dr trista was very rude, over talked her receptionist to ensure me she would not be granting my appointment. Cancelled the appointment and told me to call 3 months from now to reschedule. Not reschedule TODAY for an appointment n 3 months. CALL BACK IN SEPTEMBER to schedule. Very dismissive and non chalant. Not the type of energy I would want around my son. Never sending my child there again.

For a whole year, we tolerated their unprofessionalism i.e. forgetting our appointments & waiting for 40-50 minutes in the waiting room. I figured that was our price to pay for having Care Source. Until one day I finally realized that these people do not actually care or respect me and my child. Basically, they were trying to take my 3 year old to the back without me to treat him for a cavity. I explained to them that he would be very confused if I didn't go with him and would behave better if he could see and hear me in the room. They said it was "policy" for treating cavities because the parents can get in the way. I found it very strange that they would not allow the parent to go back with their child. So I said, "no thank you" and left. They were in disbelief that I would stand up for my right to be with my child during the doctor's visit/treatment. Like I was walking away from the only option in town. I later found out by another dentist that my child didn't need treatment for the cavity after all! Dr. Trista's practice scares me because they are aggressive in treatment and do not respect the parent/child relationship and bond.
