Referred to Dr. Brown by Dr. James Gray (who is excellent and has an amazingly friendly and accommodating staff). We were not informed about costs/estimate until morning of op by Dr. Brown's office. Was told about a significantly large copay a few hours before we arrived and fiancee in pain so no real decision there to proceed. Came into the office and asked if it would be possible to pay half up front and rest in a few weeks and tried to explain the sticker shock. Wasn't expecting much, but thought I'd ask. Got a quick and abrupt "NO" by Georgette who reminded me I talked to her earlier that day. I stated that I've been to dozens of doctors and dentists for many health issues and never gotten an estimate the morning of. She said NO ONE she knows gives ballpark estimates until the day of procedure - even though this was known what was being done for a month. That's super confusing since I have sinus surgery, double knee surgery, MRIs, Cat Scans, root canals, crowns and fillings and all provided me estimates days/weeks prior to. Oh and many of them agreed to partial payments given if they could have my card on file and I paid quickly after. Anyway, Georgette then said "Well, you can come back later - you don't have to have this done today" (inferring: come back when you can afford it based on the snarky tone). Of course, went ahead with the procedure although checking out and paying didn't go so well as I would soon learn. Later that night I looked at my bank statement and I see the doctor's office actually charged me TWICE in error ; I was worried when they said their card systems weren't working (did I mention it was already a huge surprise bill? Now it's DOUBLE and no idea how long a refund will take to get back. What a nightmare -- not a good experience at all. Maybe consider paying cash or by check if you insist on going here? Will have to see how the actual procedure works out with Dr. Brown on my fiancee, but I'd definitely see if you have other options out there. Amazing how many wonderful doctors with great talent struggle to find good help to support their business who empathize and care about the way they talk/treat their clients and/or have adequate billing systems in place to make sure you are charged correctly.

I have been to the dentist for alot of years. This Apt was the worst most Tramatic experience in my 69 years. Very poor communicator. Gave me an extra strong something in the deadning shot without conferring with me first. I had a horrible reaction to it. The dentist didn't even have enough guts to come talk to me face to face when it was all happening. Do NOT go here ever!!!

I had to have a root canal done on 9-13-21. I have to say that Dr Brown was so awesome, he was fast and efficient. No pain what so ever. The Technology they have now to do these route canals are amazing not like they were 20 years ago I think from the time I got there and the time I left I was there for one hour. Staff is super friendly and I highly recommend Dr.Trey Brown for any route canals you may need.

Office staff worked with my dentist to get me in the day after originally scheduling an appt 7 days out... just couldn't wait, was in so much pain! All staff and dr. were all very professional, Tiffany was the assistant and great. And I could have napped while Dr. Brown did his work. Again, thank you for working in someone very last minute!

Since I moved to Texas 5 years ago, I've been terrorized by Dentist after Dentist. Dr Brown is EVERYTHING everyone says about him in his reviews x one million. I realize I sound dramatic. I have dental anxiety, I don't numb well, to the point where I feel everything to some extent and just suffer through to get it over with (since being here in Texas). So, when I heard I needed a root canal, I was not happy to say the least! Let me tell you, I didn't feel a thing! Well I take that back. I felt 2 tiny tiny pinches of the needles, and the coldness of the happy gas in your nose. that's it. I practically fell asleep during a root canal! He's patient, and kind, he goes slow, but he's efficient and it's over quickly. He explains everything, he makes sure you feel safe and comfortable, and his staff is just as wonderful!

My dentist sent me to Dr.Trey Brown for a root canal. I had never had one before. Dr. Brown and his entire staff are courteous, engaging, and professional. Melony checked me in at the front desk and was very pleasant and efficient. Manny was my Dental Assistant. He was very thorough and also made me feel very comfortable. Georgette, too, was very friendly. Dr. Brown did a great job. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure and put me at ease. I felt very comfortable with him. I had no pain through the entire procedure. I now understand why the reviews are overwhelmingly positive about Dr. Brown and his staff. I hope I never have to have another root canal, but if I do need another one, I can assure you it will be done by Dr. Trey Brown. If you need a root canal, I would encourage you to use Dr. Brown. Even though it will be a root canal procedure, you will actually be pleasantly surprised during the whole process. I know I was.

This Dentist has done two root canals on me. He does excellent work that is pain free. He fixed the last one this month that was abscessed from a crown I had just got not only placed, but re-placed by a dentist I don't want to reveal. The abscess did cause some facial nerve problems causing my entire lower lip down to my chin to be totally numb I hope resolve in the future. He is friendly, knowledgeable, including his staff. I would never go to another Dr but him. He is the best

Dr. Brown and staff are AMAZING!!! I had a horrible infection and needed a root canal done ASAP. They got in me the same day (Thurs.) I saw my DDS and got me started on antibiotics and scheduled me for the upcoming Monday to have my root canal done. Over the weekend I had some complications with my infection and was a little nervous because I am pregnant, I left a message with the answering service and Dr. Brown called me back ASAP and answered all my questions. Dr. Brown and his assistant were awesome and did my root canal in a flash with ZERO pain at all! My family and I LOVE this office! Thank you all for being so GREAT!
