In 1996 Dr. Travis Wilson graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He attended and graduated from the Harvard International Comprehensive Implant Dentistry Course. He received intensive training in Hydraulic Sinus Condensing, VIT for Augmentation & Implant Periodontics, Vertical Translatum Technique for Root Coverage, and Conscious Sedation in Dentistry.
Dr. Wilson is a Gratis Faculty member at Western Kentucky University and the University of Louisville. He has taught orthodontics classes in Atlanta, Georgia; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Louisville, Kentucky for seven years.

I have been a patient of Dr.Wilson for many years now. Dr. Wilson is a very skilled dentist. What I like most is that he never gives up on fixing teeth. And some things that he can do with teeth is not an easy task and most would not attempt in the first place.

My family and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Travis Wilson. My kids are nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff made them feel comfortable. I have 5 kids, and I'm so happy I found this dentist office. It's hard to find good dentists without having to travel. One of my kids is also getting braces from the office, and I couldn't be more happy with the treatment plan. I am thankful for this gem right here in my hometown in Ohio County!

Dr Wilson pays for his five star reviews. He's a sadist who removed my sisters wisdom teeth with no Anesthesia and laughed at her while she cried. For your own sake, find another dentist.

Natalie Sumner here. Lol (my son high jacked my screen name) I love this practice! They're so kind and compassionate, especially when you're embarrassed of the condition of your teeth. They've always been quick to get me an appointment and are by far the best dentists I've been too. I only trust them to do my extractions and they do an amazing job helping me get through it and making sure I'm as comfortable as you can possibly be. Highly recommend this practice!

My adult grandson on the autism spectrum needed to have 4 tooth extractions before getting braces, and I was somewhat concerned about his reaction to getting that many teeth pulled at once, as his teeth were so crowded. But nothing but smiles! The staff was efficient, caring, and Dr. Barry Stohl and the assistant Cierra were outstanding in their care. And a day later, all is well! A great place to put your dental cares at ease! Thank you!

I've been coming here to the Owensboro office for about 15 years now! Love it here! The staff are super friendly and they're very affordable. They also don't try to up sell me unnecessary things like other dentists offices do.

I was at the dentist office almost 3 hours while the first dentist attempted to get my problematic wisdom tooth pulled out of my mouth, but the tooth was out in only a few minutes when Travis Wilson was called in to assist me. I didn't care much for the other dentist in the office who first attempted to pull my wisdom tooth out. I was telling him it was hurting, and he acted annoyed and like I didn't know the difference between pain and pressure in my mouth. It literally felt like he had the nerve in my tooth and was pulling on it. He continued to yank around on it, all the while acting annoyed, stating he couldn't get a good grip on my wisdom tooth to pull it out of my mouth. Almost 3 hours later and after about 10 painful shots in my gums to numb me, Travis Wilson arrived and pulled it out in 3-5 minutes. One thing I will never do again is request to stay awake during an oral surgery; next time I will be knocked out so I'm not aware of what is going on. You do not want to stay awake during this procedure, trust me. You can hear bones cracking and snapping as they're pulling your tooth out, and the amount of pressure is overwhelming.
