I enjoy making a difference in peoples lives, one person at a time. As an orthodontist, I help them make a positive change not just in their oral health and appearance, but also in their self-esteem and confidence. In that way, Im not just treating their teeth: its more personal than that. What I do is help individuals feel better about themselves.

My focus is always to nurture a real relationship with every person I care for. I strive to get to know them, and to understand their wants and desires, because I know that the appropriate treatment approach is essential and achieving that starts with conversation, understanding, and natural rapport. From there, I can deliver the most focused, individualized, right treatment plan for each person.

Every year, new advances are being made in orthodontics advances that will deliver healthier, more attractive smiles for my patients. They also make the treatment process more comfortable, and more efficient in terms of time. Each year I actively pursue continuing education offerings at the local, regional, and national levels in order to stay abreast of the latest developments, so I can deliver the strongest care options to my patients. I also author and present orthodontic research papers at national and local meetings, and am Invisalign trained and certified.

In addition to supporting and sponsoring many local sports teams, school teams, clubs, and organizations through the practice, I am an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and at our local homeless shelter.

I truly love orthodontics and my favorite thing about the profession is getting to know patients and their families. I love watching the positive transformation that orthodontics can bring and seeing the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile.

I share the same philosophy as Dr. Sayler - Orthodontics is much more personal then simply straightening teeth. I treat every patient like they are my own family. I evaluate each patient for their individual needs and desires, and implement a treatment plan custom-made just for them. My goal is to build a real relationship with every patient as we work together on our journey towards a dazzling new smile!

Orthodontics is continually evolving and improving. I am committed to staying ahead of the latest advancements in technology in order to offer the best treatment for my patients. I also author and present research papers at dental meetings and am Invisalign trained and certified.

I grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Collins Hill High school where I met my wife. We now have a beautiful daughter. We also have two small rescue dogs in the family. We enjoy spending time outdoors, seeking out new cultural experiences and finding new restaurants to try. We are also both active volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Fuller Center for Housing.

We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.

Getting to know and building relationships with our patients, while watching the changes that happen in their lives as they move through treatment, are some of wonderful aspects of my job. I love seeing the final results of treatment, especially the increased self-confidence as a result of the new smile! I handle a variety of duties, from records to sterilization and infection control monitoring. I also make retainers for our patients and handle social media interactions.

I enjoy developing a rapport with our patients and making them feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment process. Im always available to answer questions and explain anything that theyre curious about, as we work together to achieve their perfect new smile. I spend most of my time with our patients, providing chairside assistance to Dr. Salyer during procedures and making sure the patient is comfortable and relaxed. I also order our clinical supplies.

My husband and I have lived in Walton County. We have a son and daughter, and we love outdoor activities, including biking, fishing, and riding the four-wheeler. Around the house, I enjoy gardening projects.

Our patients and their families are not only amazing, but each brightens my day, with their smiles, laughter, and enthusiasm. Working with a great team, where we all function together with a common goal of exceptional customer service, means the patients expectations are usually exceeded. I love that I spend time with families figuring out how to make orthodontic treatment affordable and finding the treatment options that are right for them and their situation.

I live in Statham and have two outstanding daughters. We love to take weekend trips to different places and, of course, to shop. Music is a big part of our lives: We like listening to live music and attending concerts.

I love that we get to change peoples lives by changing their smiles. Its amazingly fulfilling to know that what I do every day will have a positive impact on someones life, for their entire life. Even better, its for someone Ive come to care about, during the treatment process. In addition to providing chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures, I also work with records, sterilize equipment and tools, make retainers, and do our Invisalign scans and impressions. And I translate in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking patients and families.

Let me start by saying that I love my job! I love interacting with the patients daily and getting to see their progress and beautiful smile at the end of treatment. At work I assist the doctor with different procedures, make retainers in our lab, go over oral hygiene with each patient and take records.

I have been in the orthodontic field since 2012 and cannot begin to express how much I love my job and the team I work with. My goal is to make your orthodontic journey a breeze right from the beginning. The most important aspect of my job is making sure our patients and their families feel like they're a part of our family. Since I like helping people, it makes my workday a joy.

I was raised in a small town in Jackson County and still love going home to visit my hometown to see family. When I am not at work, you will see me spending time with my husband and our two dogs. We enjoy trying new restaurants, listening to live bands, grilling out and watching some college football. Go Dawgs!

I graduated from Georgia State in May of 2016 and came to work at Salyer Orthodontics the following month. I love what I do because I love the people I get to interact with on a daily basis. The relationships that I build with our patients and their families are very important to me and are part of what makes this work so rewarding. The transformation, both inward and outward that comes with a new smile is incredible to see. I feel fortunate to be a part of this process. My work includes: assisting our doctors in orthodontic procedures, photos and x-rays, Invisalign treatment, sterilization, making retainers and lab work. I also assist in social media and supply maintenance for the office.

I am originally from Decatur, Alabama. ROLL TIDE! I currently reside in Duluth with my wife and two adorable rescue dogs. We are passionate about travel and do it as often as possible. While in town, we enjoy camping, hiking, live music, sports and trying new restaurants.

At our orthodontic practice, we work hard to treat our patients the same way we would like to be treated: with respect, professionalism, and sensitivity toward our needs. We understand the expectations of the patients and families we serve, and we do everything we can to make sure each patient has an exceptional experience at our practice.

We take pride in the fact that we have treated many of the area dentists, hygienists, and their families. We have also been chosen by dozens of doctors and healthcare workers to treat themselves and their families as well. Their confidence in us is a testament to our exceptional quality and caring atmosphere. These individuals search for the very best care and could choose any orthodontist. They routinely choose us. Don't you owe it to yourself to come in and see why?

  • Do a good job! From the moment you enter our practice, we want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and appreciated. We are here for you, and its our goal to build your trust in us so we can help you smile.
  • Provide an office environment that is friendly, inviting, and professional. Your comfort is important to us, and because we work with patients of all ages, we recognize that each person who visits our practice has unique needs and expectations.

My daughter started her ortho treatment this Monday and I have to say my daughter enjoyed her experience at the office. At her initial consultation, she was very nervous and uncomfortable. At the second visit this past week, she left feeling content with the office. Dr. Raley was very knowledgeable from the initial appt. Explained everything in details, how long to expect treatment. Rhonda was helpful with discussing cost. Cindy was just the best on providing care for my daughter. Excellent customer service! She treated my daughter so well and gave her helpful tips with oral hygiene. Thanks again everyone!

Dr. Sayler and his staff are very professional and kind. They are very straight forward when it comes to explaining your insurance benefits and are happy to answer any questions you may have. The staff is very prompt and caring when putting on your braces. They check on you to make sure that you are comfortable and doing okay throughout the entire process. They make sure you understand what is being done each step of the way. The staff also takes the time to show you exactly how to care for your teeth throughout your entire treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Salyer for family.
