Dr Sullivan and staff (especially Naomi & Susan) are amazing. They explained everything and made a very anxious patient comfortable. Took the time to listen to my fears and validated them. Highly suggest this dentist

Excellent customer service. I'm so happy I found Dr. Sullivan. Having had previous bad experiences with other dentists I was nervous about trying someone new. Dr. Sullivan explained everything before hand making me feel comfortable.

Office staff disclosed a fee for a records request and refused to accept cancellation of the request or refund the fee after the cancellation was communicated, citing "State law." Office staff explains that they will bill the patient even if another care provider initiates the request. Definitely an interesting way to do business. Would not recommend.

I always have a great experience when going in for dental work. Weather it's routine cleanings and examines to crowns and fillings. They're a great group of people. Always courteous and very professional.

I love Family Dental Associates! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care at this dental practice is bar none! My hygienist, Susan, is the best I've ever seen! She is so personable and gentle during the entire appointment. I appreciate explanations as she provides treatment and her experience in the dental field shines with her level of treatment and care. Dr. Sullivan is a wonderful dentist! She is calming and professional. The information given during my appointment was discussed so that I was able to understand and make a plan to keep my teeth healthy! Dr. Sullivan was also fantastic with my 2.5 year old daughter! Thank you for exceeding our expectations every time we come for our visits!

I love Dr Sullivan and her amazing staff, my entire family sees her and has for the last 11 years. You know that you are well cared for every time you are there and your care is never rushed. The office is clean and safe, and never crowded. Dr Sullivan is so gentle, knowledgeable, fun and tolerant even of the big big babies. The front and back office staff are cheerful, professional and always up to date on insurance info and helpful. It is the dentist I know but I love them and would recommend them from the highest mountain. You need Dr Sullivan and her staff in your life. Jazz

I think her name was Susan, but my dental hygienist was so very pleasant and professional at the same time. The other dental hygienist that I have used for years, Danita, it's just as awesome. I've never had a bad visit to family dental associates in the many years I've been going there. From the front office staff (Elaine is the BEST!) , to the remaining professionals in the back, (of course Dr. Sullivan included!) I appreciate you all.

A wonderful environment. Both cleaning and fillings were stress free and pain free and I appreciate the professionalism and the efficiency of the Dr. Sullivan and her staff. Why would I go anywhere else?

Dr. Sullivan has been my dentist for about five years. I don't live in Washington full time, so I usually see Dr. Sullivan once a year and another dentist in Texas. The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. I never know anything about my dental insurance, and somehow Elayne always figures it out! While my dentist in Texas is pretty good, I prefer Dr. Sullivan and her team for a few of reasons. First, Dr. Sullivan is a perfectionist and it shows every time I'm seen at her office. She takes the extra few minutes to double check her work and get feedback from the patient, which is really nice (especially in preventing an unnecessary follow up visit for a tiny adjustment). Second, my 6-month cleanings seem more thorough (Danita is the best!). I don't start feeling any buildup around 6 months later, while with my Texas dentist I can really feel when my 6-month cleaning is due. Third, my limited experience with fillings has been better. The fillings I've gotten with Dr. Sullivan haven't failed or needed replacing a few years later. Last, and most important, I chipped my top front tooth a few weeks ago and Dr. Sullivan did an AMAZING job fixing me up. I was really upset about my new snaggle tooth'd smile, and had extreme anxiety about what would need to be done to fix it. Dr. Sullivan gave me my options, and I chose to do composites. This was the least invasive option, although it wasn't the most permanent option (I simply wasn't ready for "real" dental work and bought myself some time to accept that it will need to happen in a few years). Dr. Sullivan was understanding of my anxiety and discussed what I could expect with both options, which I really appreciated. The result of her skilled artistry on the composite work was really impressive. My two front teeth (both done so they match) look better than they did before the damage! I still can't believe how great they turned out. I am really thankful for Dr. Sullivan's expert care, as well as her team. They've gone above and beyond many times now.
