Doctor Tong is very nice, friendly, and funny. His staff in the back are very nice and make sure your comfortable. His front desk staff in Gilroy office however are rude and condescending; you can never make an appointment in the afternoon and tell you not to worry if you have a broken bracket or wire sticking out to wait until your next appointment which are usually 6 to 8 weeks out. I truly wish people to call their office now to hear the answering machine to see how they address issues. Guess I will call them August 29th to make an appointment to address my daughters broken brackets and wire issues.

I had a great experience with Dr. Tong, he's a great orthodontist and is very friendly with an amazing sense of humor. Everyone treats you like family rather than just another customer. I highly recommend Dr. Tong if you want a mix of professionalism and a family feel from your orthodontist. I've gained confidence in my smile again thanks to Dr. Tong.

AMAZING!!!!! Everyone that works there is so nice and welcoming! I definitely recommend going here. Dr. Tong is funny and a really cool person to talk to. Like I said if you need braces I recommend going here BEST ORTHODONTIST!!!!! Trust me!

I am writing this review as a silly request from Dr. Tong himself. I have had my braces for a bit over 3 years, and recently got them off. My teeth are very straight and exactly what my family wanted! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. I will miss my braces. I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of braces.

I am writing this review as a silly request from Dr. Tong himself. I have had my braces for a bit over 3 years, and recently got them off. My teeth are very straight and exactly what my family wanted! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. I will miss my braces. I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of braces.

I took my daughter to this office when the orthodontist was Dr Hawke, and now my grandson is coming to see Dr Tong. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the same front staff. I adored Sheri and Maria when my daughter got her braces on, and am so glad they're still there. Everyone is so nice and personable. My grandson had major overcrowding, with permanent teeth coming in behind his baby teeth, and some teeth were even turning sideways a little. Dr Tong started out with spacers for the overcrowding, and once there was more room, his baby teeth started coming up. It was amazing how quickly his teeth started straightening up. We have a family history of having small mouths, and too many teeth, so the issues my grandson was having was not a surprise. Dr Tong quickly assessed what he needed, and in no time, his teeth started straightening up. I'm so thankful to take my grandson to Dr Tongs office. The staff are kind and caring, and Dr Tong jokes with the patient's which makes them feel more at ease. My grandson loves going in to see all of them, just as my daughter did. You absolutely can't go wrong with an orthodontist like Dr. Tommy Tong and his amazing staff.

I've had my braces on for a year. I love my smile already, my teeth are straight Dr. Tommy Tong is an awesome orthodontist he is hilarious sweet, & Kind and Does his Work Very Well. He's an Awsome Orthodontist!! I am Beyond Happy and pleased with My Braces. The staff are all awesome very friendly & kind as well, you will find nothing but exceptional service here
