The staff at this place is very unprofessional. They asked me twice to change my appointment which I did because I thought it was an emergency with the way they asked the day before the appointment and the day of the appointment. When I finally arrived after being delayed by a traffic accident, I couldn't find the place because there were two dental offices in the plaza. Talking to someone slowly like they don't understand is considered rude but they did it anyway. Then when I finally arrived I was walked inside like a toddler and I went I asked for a recommendation to another office as I didn't want to go to an office that was this disorganized, the woman there laughed at me and said "We don't use that. Try the internet. Type in 'endodontics.'" She continued to laugh like me being upset was the funniest thing in the world to her. Skip this place.

Dr. Temple and the entire office staff were extremely friendly and courteous. In particular, Dr. Temple explained everything that was happening during the procedure and I felt an immediate trust in his abilities. I would never want to be in need of a root canal, but if I were I would immediately return to Dr. Temple.
