Dr. Smith graduated cum laude in 1993 with his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry, after earning his bachelors degree magna cum laude from James Madison University. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Smith obtained an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate during his six years of service as a dental officer in the United States Air Force. He is a member of the American Dental Implant Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and DOCS Education (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation).

Tosca obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. She helped her husband, Tim, start Purcellville Dental in February 2000. She has worked consistently on a part-time basis in the practice while dedicating most of her time as a full-time homemaker helping to raise their two sons, Addison and Mason.

Lisa has been with Dr. Smith since November 2014 and in the dental insurance field for 15 years. She is the go-to person when it comes to your insurance benefits, treatment, or financing. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, cooking, a good superhero movie, and exercising. She is the mom of three grown children and a wonderful daughter-in-law and Nana to a beautiful granddaughter.

Maura is a Virginia girl through and through! She grew up in Sterling, VA, and currently lives in Berryville with her family. After graduating from Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke, Maura began practicing as a hygienist in 1983. She has been with Purcellville Dental since 2008. In her down time, Maura likes to do volunteer work, restore old furniture, and travel.

Traci is originally from Southern California and moved to Virginia at the end of 2011. She has been working with Dr. Smith since 2012. She attended California State University Long Beach and received her bachelors degree in psychology before deciding to become a dental hygienist. She went on to graduate from Weber State University in 1997 with a degree in dental hygiene. Traci loves to go to the movies with her husband and three boys in her spare time. She is enjoying Virginia, but of course misses the Southern California beaches and tries to visit often.

Mary Jeanne, known by most as MJ, grew up in Southeastern Ontario on 700 acres and is a citizen of both Canada and the United States. She spent most of her summers swimming and still loves spending time outdoors, walking, hiking, and fishing. In 1987 she moved to Loudoun County and started her career in dentistry. She has two daughters and has worked at Purcellville Dental since 2002. In her spare time, MJ can often be found out and about and with her camera, in the garden, or in her bee yard.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Stephanie has an avid love for her community. After obtaining a business degree, she decided to further her education and pursue her passion for dental hygiene. She graduated at the top of her class with a degree in dental hygiene at Virginia Western Community College. When she is not working to improve oral health and creating beautiful smiles, Stephanie is spending time with her family and friends. Some of her interests include traveling, hiking, swimming, ice skating, cooking, and motocross.

Crystal was born and raised in Charles Town, WV, and has lived there most of her life. She is the newest member of our team but has been a dental assistant for more than 7 years. She attended Blue Ridge Community College for dental assisting. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
