Dr.Bunnell explained the procedure and answered all my questions.This is the first dentist that calm my fears of pain.IV was used and before I knew it ,it was over. I shall be back,if needed, I hope not too soon thouI felt the special care from his staff Thank you and staff.

This is the best place I've been. All the staff including the dentist are absolutely respectful, understanding and friendly. I had an accident and this was the only place I was able to get an appointment right away

I had a dental implant done. He completely explain the procedure, and gave me options. Everything was done in a perfect timely manner. His office was always available to answer my questions. Office staff is amazing, very accommodating and very pleasant to speak with. Also loved the texting reminders that his office would send prior to my visits

This office is amazing. ALL the staff are friendly, bubbly,reassuring and thoughtful. The surgeon for my daughters wisdom teeth extraction Timothy was so articulate with his wisdom. He explained everything so well to my teenager and made her feel comfortable and knowledgeable about every step done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE for any oral surgery!

Absolutely a five star service from the moment you walk in, most welcoming service from the young ladies from the front desk, was seen as an emergency appointment. Dr provided excellent service, very detailed information on my procedure and outstanding treatment on my tooth extraction. Thank Dr and ALL staff.......

I had an urgent issue with my dental implant. I was squeezed in quickly and the doctor was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a brief wait and they had me in/out within about 10 minutes. (Thankfully, it was a quick fix!)

Dr and his staff, no matter in which office you see him are all courteous, polite and attentive. You don't wait in lobby long either. Get seen right away.

As always filling out the paperwork is always a pain, I received an email to fill it out ahead of time, which i did, but the usual receptionist was out and the replacement didn't know how to find it so I had to do it all over again is my only reason for a 4 out of 5. Everything else with Dr. Bunnell and his staff was excellent, I was very skeptic about sedation dentistry but it was a breeze and glad it went well, as much of what I remember.

Much appreciation to this wonderful business! I went to five different dentists on a Friday trying to get help for a tooth woth a seriously painful hole in it. Finally was able to see a dentist but all they would do is an xray and "set me an appt" for weeks out. I was in pain! The other option was to refer me to a specialist so I jumped at the offer. Went out to the car and called Dr. Bunnells office and the nicest lady ever took pity on me and made me an appointment on Monday if I was willing to drive to Tulare. I would have driven to LA!! After a miserable 3 days, I arrived to my 2 pm appt around 1:45. Completed all the paperwork and was shown to the dental room. A super nice dental assistant hooked me up to the vital machines and let me know Dr would be in shortly (which usually means forever). In less than 5 minutes, in walked the Dr!! He ACTUALLY SAT DOWN and had a conversation with me regarding the procedure and what to expect. He could tell I was obviously nervous and I shared that I had not had great experiences with dentists in the past. The tooth I was there for had actually broke off to the gum since Friday and he told me not to worry about anything, it was his problem and he would take care of it after I was asleep! He went through the anesthesia process and I let him know that I had issues with nausea when waking up. He promised to take care of that too! He gave me his opinion on a good dentist in Porterville as I need to get established with someone to avoid these delays in the future. After he was sure I was good he stepped out and the financial specialist came in and went over everything and my cost was only $174!! Signed and processed my payment and she no sooner walked out that the Dr and two assistants were back in and getting me ready to go. A quick IV and then the first of 3 shots was given to me and the next thing I knew I was being woke up and assisted out to my car in a wheelchair. The entire process was less than an hour!!! They called in two prescriptions for me just in case I needed it but I can tell you that I was pain free from the minute I woke up! Obviously my mouth was numb but even after it wore off I had no pain. Today is day 2 and my jaw is a tiny bit sore but I haven't needed anything other than ibuprofen and tylenol. I know this is long but these people deserve all the praise that can be given to them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already told others how awesome they were. I truly appreciate a business that makes you feel important, welcome, safe, and valued as a customer. Thank you to all of the staff.

Dr. Timothy Bunnell and his staff both in the Tulare and Porterville office are very professional and caring for not only myself, but to all of their patients. I have been going through a frontal implant procedure since March with his office and have to have multiple temporary guards made due to breaking and they have been very easy to work with to get them replaced.
