Born and raised in Alabama, Dr. Tim Jackson has practiced general dentistry for more than 20 years. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1981 with magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. Four years later, he earned his DMD from University of Alabama at Birmingham, again graduating with honors. Since then, he has focused on building a dental practice that the people of Elba and its surrounding areas can trust. Dr. Jackson offers gentle care backed by a commitment to study new procedures and technologies that will enhance patient comfort and extend the life of dental work.
His continued education includes training in CEREC, aesthetic dentistry, porcelain veneers and Lumineers, oral pathology, and OSHA safety. Dr. Jackson is also a member of several dental associations, including American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, Third District Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America.
Married with three children, Dr. Jackson values family foremost. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, and guitar in his free time, but his hobbies take a backseat to time with his wife, Carol, and children Timothy, Michael, and Isabella. He and his family attend the local United Methodist Church, where he sings in the choir and teaches the New Covenant Sunday school class.

They had cancelled my appointment this morning due to me not confirming ahead of time but my phone had broke and I got a new number so the message would have went to my old number. Apparently people don't show up to their appointments but I have never been late or missed one and the next one would be two months away and I already waited that long for this one. I have been there several times and there was a time or two I hadn't confirmed it but they didn't cancel my whole appointment. I'm going with someone else because that just wasted my time and gas and I need my tooth fixed asap.

Based on my experience, Dr. Jackson and his staff deserve the highest ratings and reviews. They went above and beyond to make a very difficult extraction as comfortable as possible. Dr. Jackson even called later that evening to make sure my pain was being managed! If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.
