My goal is to provide an atmosphere where patients feel respected and heard with patience and understanding of their needs and desires. Gaining patientstrust is vital forhelping them attain their oral health goals. In the past 30 years, I have grown to fully appreciate the dynamics of interpersonal relationships with both my staff and our patients. This is not just a job to me ...it is my passion.
In the years since graduating from dental school, I have stayed current with technology and advances in treatment options. Continuing education is one of the most important ways for me to ensure that my patientsreceive the highest quality of dental care and best possible results. Most recently, I have completed advanced training in the fields of implant restoration, Invisalign, and dentures.
I grew up on a Centennial Farm with fivebrothers in Parma, right outsidethe city of Jackson where I live now. I am very proud of my two sons:one graduated from Central Michigan University and the other is currently attending Michigan State University. My family has always come first.

I graduated from Kellogg Community College in 1993 and have been practicing dental hygiene in the Jackson area ever since. Here at Dr. Chapels office, I evaluate my patientsoral health, provide cleanings that meet their needs, and offer education on oral health and products that might work best for them. I enjoy the relationships I have developed over the years with my patients. I love catching up with them during their visits and hearing about their lives and their travels.
My career in dentistry began in 1990 when I earned my associates degree in dental hygiene. I joined Dr. Chapels team in 2009 and, since then, have made it my goal to educate patientson all aspects of their oral health. I create a close bond with my patients and always have their best interests in mind.
I assist Dr. Chapel with dental procedures, order all our officesupplies, and help wherever I can to ensure our team has whatever they need to give our patients a positive experience. I began in the dental field in 1990 and became a part of the staff here in 2012. I love getting to know our patients and learning about their interests, hobbies, and families, but most of all, I love seeing the outcomes of their treatments.
I assist Dr. Chapel with various procedures throughout the day, in addition to being cross-trained to work in the front office to schedule patients and answer phones. I joined Dr. Chapel and his team in 2016, shortly after graduating from Ross Medical for my training as a dental assistant. The best part of my job is working one-on-one with our patients. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their interesting stories.
I am responsible for consulting with our patients about their financial obligations and generally ensuring that the office runs smoothly from day to day. I have worked in dentistry for more than 40 years, the last 16 of which have been with Dr. Chapel. Throughout this time, I have enjoyed building relationships with our staff members and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed andcomfortable.
We are committed to providing the highest quality of clinical care and personalized service in a warm and compassionate atmosphere. Dr. Chapel and our staff enjoy getting to know each patient and thefamily, and love creating relationships that last multiple generations.

Been to several practitioners in the Jackson area. My late grandmother referred me to Dr. Chapel for an issue that he couldn't fix. However he did what he could and his team got me the help I needed that day. I was intitially astounded. I went in for a cleaning later. I was nervous about even going due to experiences with others in Jackson. Service was PHENOMINAL!!! Just recently went in for the start of fixing my teeth. I CANNOT recommend him more! Very professional. Best dentist and best team I've ever been to. Looking forward to my next appointment!

This rating and review is specifically for Terri Adams who I believe is my mom's dental hygienist at Dr. Chapel's office. My mom has always been a little uneasy in a dentist's chair so when she told me about Terri - how wonderfully patient she is, how gentle she is, how comfortable she makes the whole process - I was already blown away. Recently my mom found out that Dr. Chapel was no longer in her insurance network and she would have to pay $40 for each visit to the office. My mom is a frugal woman friends, but she declared that she didn't care if Dr. Chapel was no longer in her network, she said Terri is too good to her and she didn't think she'd find someone better. This was proven to be so true. My mom has recently been suffering from intense bouts of vertigo. She'd made a dentist appointment though and as soon as she sat in the chair, she became uncontrollably dizzy and nauseous. Terri took prompt action, told the office that she'd take her lunch hour, brought a wheelchair to my mom, wheeled her out of the office, got her into her car, and drove her home. When my mom was safely in the house, Terri walked a mile back to the office. Terri - truly, no thanks I could express in words would be enough. I'm so grateful for you, your kindness, your consideration. I wish there were more people like you in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and every fiber of my being. Thank you.

I was able to get an appointment right away! I just switched to this office from a dentist I had been going to for quite some time and I noticed such a difference in care. The girls that take you back are top notch, the doctor fixed my fillings that would continually fall out from the previous dentist that did them. The fillings he fixed for me have now stayed in place and do not pop out anymore. Recommend this office to anyone 100%.

I missed one appointment for a family situation that came up and they told me to find a new dentist. Instead of being empathetic, they were cold and unconcerned about the situation that came up. They seem to be more concerned about making money that that of the well being of their patients. I strongly suggest a different dentist.

My whole family has been coming to see Tim for many years. We really appreciate the time he puts into the appointment to make sure you thoroughly understand what the plan is. The girls who work there have always been helpful and nice to us... The only thing that I would change is some small updating around the office, but for the good customer service we receive from them you can over look that.

After many years of neglect on my part due to dental anxiety I had to do something. I was in desperate need of treatment and opted for dentures. After calling around Jackson and surrounding areas I decided on a consultation with Dr. Tim Chapel. I was able to get in within a reasonable amount of time, the appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes and within that 30 minutes Dr. Chapel was able to address all of my questions and concerns. The process of getting dentures made is not quick, at least if you want them done right, but it was still within a timely manner. The price was reasonably considering the time Dr. Chapel spent with me and the high quality of the product I received I am thrilled with my new smile and the care I received from not only Dr. Chapel, but his entire staff.
