I love this office. If you have to have a root canal, you might as well go to the best endodontist. Dr. Xia is wonderful and so is his staff. He makes the process painless, and pleasant as possible. His staff is great too. I hope I don't have to have another root canal, but if I do, I definitely will go to see Dr. Xia

TLDR; root-canal treatment, 5-star experience. This is a long-due review. I had my root-canal treatment with Dr Xia about a year and half ago and had no problem ever since. The process is smooth and painless. My root-canal treatment is a re-do which is known to be more complicated (since the tooth is more fragile). Dr Xia is very skilled and knowledgeable and was able to clean the canal. My infection went right away after my procedure here. The front-desk lady is also very nice and caring. She asked me before if I needed a painkiller. She also gave me a cost estimate before the procedure which is very helpful. The office itself is clean and bright which definitely helped with my anxiety of going to dentists.

This office is magical. I not only left with a root canal treatment that was pain-free and done in an hour, but Dr. Xia is a detailed artist with a sense of humor. While I hope I don't have to return often in the future, I know I'm in good hands at this office.

Dr. Xia and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed treatment for something quite rare and had never had any dental issues before, so I was a bit overwhelmed and unfamiliar with endodontics. Dr. Xia is exceptionally talented at making you feel comfortable and respected. He and his team take the time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. Overall, it was one of my best dental experiences!

Dr. Xia was one of the best dental experiences I've had. I've been afraid of dental work and I had absolutely no issues with getting a root canal. Very professional and quick, you can tell he knows what he is doing and is VERY good at it. Definitely recommend.

I will never freak out about a rootcanal again! NO PAIN! Dr. Xia(shay) is amazing. A very comfortable office and helpful caring staff. (Shout out to Heidi, she stayed on the phone to guide to the office when we got lost coming to our appt. ) Professional and caring, Thank you, Dr. Tian Xia.

I was traveling through from out of town when a root canal decided it could not wait. Dr Xia and Dez (sp?) did not have to care, help or stay late, but they did all three. They saw me the same day I came in, had a root canal through a crown done in about an hour and were just wonderful. I am so thankful they inconvenienced themselves to help me on my way. I am a stranger from out of town who they will probably never see again. But they went out of their way to help me, and I am extremely thankful.

Dr. Xia was excellent. I was nervous about my root canal but he totally made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and warmth and humor. I felt no pain at all and he did an excellent job dealing with my problem. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

In my opinion Dr. Xia (Shaw) is the best. I have had several prior root canals and my experience with him was far superior . My procedures were quick, painless, and explained in detail. DR.Xia saved a tooth with a previous root canal procedure which my refering Dentist said would have to be extracted. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst, refuses to use numbing, just flat out Evil doctor! Beware the tooth fixed had to be pulled, only one year later!

I had an extremely painful infection in a root along with a fracture and the office got me in within a week! I became tearful in the chair from the compassion and understanding by both the assistant and Dr. Xia!! By the end of my visit he had me laughing and not from laughing gas! He always makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure and communicates every step in the process. The front office staff are also efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Xia!!

I went in for a root canal last December. The procedure went very smoothly and quickly, and the experience overall was easier than many fillings I've had. Dr. Xia and his staff were very kind. This was the day after a heavy snow had fallen and road conditions were difficult. I was the last patient and had to wait a while for my ride to arrive. I asked if I could wait inside past their closing time, and they assured me I could wait as long as I had to. When my ride arrived, they let me out through a side door that led straight to the parking lot, and they made sure I reached my ride safely. They showed an outstanding level of care, both in terms of medical expertise and thoughtfulness, and I highly recommend Dr. Xia's office to anyone needing a root canal.

Very welcoming office staff. Dr Xia is so kind and aware of my "numbing need". He and his Assistant explained exactly what they were going to do. Good aftercare instructions as well. If needed I will definitely come to this office.

This doctor is amazing! I was in such bad pain, he took me in on his lunch break and did my root canal perfectly. I am so happy with him, and will continue to go to him for all future dental work for sure.

I have always had a bit of a phobia for dental work and needed a root canal. I not only was impressed with the kindness and compassion of the staff, but also amazed at how painless, efficient and quickly my procedure went. I will be letting everyone I know to go to Dr. Xia. Best experience I have ever had with Dentist/endodontist. Highly recommend, very informative, caring and gentle. Office staff were great too with answering questions and getting insurance figured out. All around excellent experience!

I have never used the word "Outstanding" to describe a root canal procedure before, but today I would definitely say this was outstanding. Dr. Xia and his staff were so welcoming, comforting, and cared for, that this appointment was almost too short! Dr. Xia explained everything to me carefully, and repeatedly checked throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. His assistant Heidi was obviously knowledgeable and tended to my every need. It is hard to describe what an exceptional experience working with Dr. Xia and his staff has been.
