I have lived in this area for most of my life, including North Ogden, Brigham City, and Pleasant View.I served a two-year mission for my church in Spain where I furthered my proficiency in the Spanish language.I attended both Brigham Young University and Utah State University.I then attended dental school in Portland, Oregon where I graduated with high honors.
I have been involved with many dental organizations.I have served as a representative for Weber County on the House of Delegates to the Utah Dental Association, President of the Ogden Academy of Dentists Study Club, member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy service organization, and as an Executive Board member of the Academy of LDS Dentists.I am a member of the Weber District Dental Society, Utah Dental Association, and American Dental Association.
My wife and our five children enjoy many activities together.Our days are full of soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball. The evenings are filled with art projects, piano recitals, and singing performances.On occasion, I enjoy personal pastimes including fly fishing, hiking, and sports.Most of my time, however, is spent in service to others.I am actively involved in church, community organizations, and the dental practice.
My father is a family physician, and I always wanted to follow in his footsteps in the medical field, where I could serve and help people.I attended Brigham Young University for my undergraduate studies, and then went to Las Vegas for dental school. I graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.I am a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, Weber District Dental Society, and the Academy of LDS Dentists.I served as a missionary in Caracas, Venezuela, and speak Spanish fluently.
