Dr. Tom Carroll was born and raised in the Syracuse area. He attended Syracuse University, earning a B.S. in Biology. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Carroll studied Dentistry in Boston at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After earning his D.M.D. from Tufts, he returned home to Syracuse to continue his education at St. Josephs Hospitals General Practice Residency Program.
Dr. Carroll truly enjoys Dentistry. He is very active in professional organizations. He is Past-President of the Onondaga County Dental Society, an active member of the NYS Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Upper NYS Dental Seminars. Dr. Carroll and his team continue to educate themselves on the latest in dentistry by participating in continuing education seminars regularly.
I am a lifetime resident of Syracuse who began my career in the healthcare profession over forty years ago. I have had the opportunity to manage medical practices in various specialties throughout the years. I have worked together with Dr. Carroll as Practice Manager for over twenty years. I feel increasingly privileged to be a part of Dr. Carrolls Team and to work with the wonderful patients that make up our Practice. Outside the office, I treasure the time spent with my husband, children and grandchildren.
I have been employed in the dental profession since September of 1996. I am the Scheduling Coordinator for Dr.Carrolls Team. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and serving our patients who visit us each day for their dental care. My professional background includes a degree in Music Education. I am married and have two sons, one who lives in California, one in Texas, and a stepson and stepdaugter in Syracuse.
I have been a part of Dr. Carrolls Team since July of 2008. My interest in dentistry began in high school while taking dental assisting courses through BOCES. I worked as a dental assistant up until 2005 when I decided to further my education and enroll in hygiene school. I have been enjoying a career as a Dental Hygienist ever since. I have a daughter who recently married and lives in Boston.
