I scheduled an appointment as a new patient to be seen August 10th. I arrived on time and went to enter, but there was a note on the locked door asking patients to text or call and someone would open the door. First I texted the number and waited. After about 10 min. with no response, I thought I should call. I called, got the answering machine and left a message. I waited in my car for 20 min with no call back. Then I saw a patient walk out the door and decided to call again, hoping someone would answer. No answer. I left another message explaining my situation and how long I had been waiting. I said I would continue to wait for 10 more minutes hoping that I could be seen. After 10 more minutes, I called again to see if someone would answer. No answer, so I left. To this day, no one has ever called me back.

I am a home bound patient and cannot get into Dr. Seal's office. Dr Seal comes to my home to take care of my dental needs. He and his staff have always treated me with respect and are very professional. I am glad I could find a dentist that is willing to take care of home bound patients. I would recommend him to others for their dental needs..

Dr. Seal is, by far, the best dentist that anyone in my family has ever seen. Highly recommend him. My wife has some chronic health conditions, and he is excellent at making sure she is accommodated. He is very knowledgeable and we recommend him to all of our friends.

I've been afraid of the dentist for many years since a bad experience with a dentist when I was little. We moved dentists too many times for me to count and none of them have worked as well as Dr. Seal. He's very understanding and puts the patient in control of the procedure. You can stop whenever you want to stop and if you want to go home you can. I've gotten many fillings and a crown there and it's been very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend him and his staff for anybody, especially people with a fear of the dentist.

I never like going to the dentist: drills, needles and pain are just not my thing. But I have to say that Dr. Tom makes the experience as pain free as possible. I had a cavity filled yesterday and had zero pain from the shot and drilling... zero, zip, nada! Plus he is a great source of family friendly jokes.

I have gone to other emergancy clinics and either told they would not help, spend thousands of dollars on root canals or just pull my tooth. I was in so much pain I was willing to have it just pulled, but Dr. Seal and his team went over everything, and suggested I get a filling, and try to save the nerve because it seemed to still be alive. They quoted me a fraction of what other practices have and then the procedure was actually less! But I liked that they understood my sugar addiction, were interested in my whole health and were already thinking of a plan for the rest of my teeth. They kept telling me they hoped I would come back and gave me suggestions to make new habits (floss in the car!) while other dentists just told me to try harder. I have many teeth problems but I'm glad Dr. Seal will be there to help me through it.

I always hated going to the dentist, and when I came across Dr. Seal, I was blown away at how anxiety free the process could be! The front staff is always helpful, the hygienists are skilled and incredible. Dr. Seal is intuitive and intelligent, as well as gentle and honest. It is a very comforting environment, and I know that my mind and body health are in goods hands.

Dr. Seal's office is unique in a few ways. They offer different options, they treat us like family, and they are fun to be with. It's the place you recommend to all your family friends. Odd that it's a dental office; but it feels like a caring home. I've been going for 5, or so, years and would fly in for appointments, if I had to do so.

My family comes from federal way to see Dr. Seal and his team. Several of us have had bad experiences and many fears. The kindness and patience you will get here is priceless and refreshing. My son has gone from needing to be put under for anything to being able to handle all things with the help of this caring man. Everyone here is top notch. It's worth the drive to get this kind of care. Jen
