I had to get a crown, no fun; but, Dr. Hearn uses a topical anesthetic that makes the shot easier to handle. Thanks to Beth, the dental Hygienist, for being friendly and making sure I didn't leave until I was sure that I had a clean bite when biting down!

From setting the appointment, following up efficiently with reminders regarding the appointment, scheduling the appointment so I was received ON TIME, to the absolutely wonderful care inside.
