Dr. Thomas Thurston graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science. He completed his DMD degree at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1995, graduating with High Honors for finishing with the second highest GPA in the OHSU Dental School Class of 1995. His Orthodontic Residency degree was also completed at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1997.
Dr. Thurston enjoys the unsurpassed outdoor recreational opportunities this wonderful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. He especially enjoys spending time with his family and is involved in his church. He also loves many sports and is active in aviation, receiving his private pilot certificate in 2013.

Our son is getting his braces off next month after a couple of years, Dr. Thurston has done a great job and our daughter now has her braces on with the Dr., too!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Dr. Thurston and his awesome staff. From the first appointment to our current post-treatment follow ups, we have been treated so wonderfully. The pricing is more than fair, and they provided in-house financing. That was so helpful for us! It really was a blessing to have found Dr. Thurston. If you are looking for an orthodontist, stop looking and schedule an appointment with him now!!

While on vacation, Ryder broke a bracket and wire on Sunday. On Monday, Dr. Thurston squeezed him in and fixed both. Then, refused to charge me. His staff is amazing

We were vacationing in the area with our grandson from Colorado, who was having difficulties with his braces. Thrusting Orthodontics was an amazing experience from the initial phone call to reception and repair done by the orthodontist. The best part there was no charge for services rendered. I highly recommend this orthodontist.

They will work with you to fit your budget and not expect you to pay in full in advance or take a loan out so they can get all the money up front like some other places in the valley. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended from a single Dad with 2 kids almost done with treatment and 1 more to get done.
