Our team at the Cactus Canyon Dental understands that your dental health cannot be treated without referencing your dental health history. Each patient is evaluated with the understanding that they are unique individuals with special needs and not merely a name on a chart.
Dr. Theresa Collins was born and raised in Kingman, AZ. She earned her BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008, where she also represented the university on the womens swimming and diving team. Dr. Collins graduated from Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, OR in 2012.
Theresa loves to spend her free time with her husband Ben and dog Riggs. She loves to hit gym, cook, and travel the world. One of her life goals is to visit every continent (she only has Antarctica left!). She was recently certified in open water scuba diving in Thailand. One of her most memorable life accomplishments is completing AZ Ironman 2015.

Dr Collins and her staff are very attentive and address every concern with the highest level of compassion. Wide parking spaces and easy entry and exit into the complex. The office decor is welcoming and relaxing. New head pillows have been added to the exam chairs for patient comfort. Dark eyeglass shades block out the brightest exam lights. Highly recommend Cactus Canyon Dental in Tempe. Walked away today with a special swag bag filled with a travel size toothbrush, paste and string floss. Highly recommend this dental office.

Husband and I have been going to this practice for about 2 years. We love this practice and the work has been great. Danielle the hygienist has been very conscientious with our care and really knows her stuff. I used to be so fearful of going to the dentist. Not anymore. Family highly recommends this practice. Dr Collins is truly superb.

I've been going to Cactus Canyon Dental since they opened. Love this dentist office. Dr. Collins and her staff do an outstanding job of caring for their patients. Great service with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I found my forever Dentist! Everyone that works in this office is so welcoming and friendly. I've had problematic teeth for as long as I can remember and since I've been going to Dr. Collins for the past few years my problems have become less and less She is truly there to help and gives you the tools and knowledge in making your dental hygiene better. Also, the hygienists there are just as helpful! They give you tips and advice on how to make things easier with your teeth cleaning at home. I recommend This Dental Office to anyone that's looking for a new dentist, you won't be disappointed.

I looove this office! It's filled with warm, welcoming, fun and easy-going professionals! Wendy welcomes you with a friendly and helpful personality at the front desk. My cleaning with Jennie was relaxing, she was gentle and thorough. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Dr Collins is thorough, gentle and will treat you like family. She will always have your best interest in mind. Her patients absolutely come first and it shows. So happy I found my dental home!

Dr. Collins is a caring and professional dentist. When I recently needed emergency referrals to an endodontist and then a periodontist, she took care of me right away. She also followed up to see how everything went. Her staff is also top-notch. I highly recommend Dr. Collins.

I have absolutely loved my experiences with Dr. Collins! Having never been numbed in my mouth before, I was understandably nervous, but her easy sense of humor and warm personality made it pass without the slightest discomfort. Dr. Collins is a great listener and truly cares about her patients as if they were family. I highly recommend Dr. Theresa Collins and this practice!
