Though not in my dental network, I choose Ted as my dentist. He always explains all of the procedures and what to expect and he explains each of the steps that he's going through as he is working. He works with the limits set by my insurance even though he is not an in-network provider, so there are never any surprise charges. He has seen me on a Sunday for an emergency and gave me his home and cell phone number in case I needed him after hours. He's a great provider for the community and gives back to the community.

I had called and explained that I was looking for a first set of dentures and if they did them. I answered all the questions explaining that I had already had all the top teeth completely extracted and was looking to get my first set of dentures and had never had them before. They scheduled an appointment for me. However, when I went in, after being seated in the chair, and the dentist drying his hands with a used paper towel, he proceeded to look into my mouth and asks me if I've ever had dentures. I said no, this would be my first time. He explained to me that there had been a misunderstanding and HE DOES NOT DO FIRST TIME DENTURES AT ALL. He handed me the phone number and address for a dentist in THE QUAD CITIES and said they would have to pull my remaining teeth, and that this particular dentist IN THE QUAD CITIES, was the closest dentist who does first time dentures. He charged me $12 for this information. I have since gone to MACOMB DENTAL CENTER, and have been fitted for my first time dentures and I'm able to get a partial for my bottom teeth with some work. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST AT ALL. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED.
