I'm sure he's a fine dentist, but when I went I had braces and he basically roasted them the whole time saying that the reason people don't get traditional braces is because they're impossible to keep clean. And he told me I should get them taken off every time I get them cleaned because apparently I'm made of money. I was already pretty insecure about my braces just to go in and for Dr Mai to dog on them the whole time. Probably will not be going back.

Been coming here for 8 years. I really like it. I'm not sure what has happened, but last visit was very quiet. Not the usual happy to see me group. Kinda just like hurry up and go. Hopefully it was just the day not a signal of decline in patients comfort.

Reception staff is excellent and follows up. They send texts and emails to remind you of upcoming appointments. Dr. Mai does not particularly have a good bedside manner, whereas Dr Tsao works very well with the patients.
