First visit was excellent. The hygienist was very nice and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cashion was great. I'm thrilled with my new dentist.

Dentist revenue over quality care....then this practice is for you. Went in for root canal.....shattered my 4 yr old crown. Went in several months later for a routine cleaning....he recommended I have fillings put in on some areas of gum recession. Then I get itemized EOB statement they're charging me for an oral exam (5mins of time) that equates to 60% of regular cleaning cost as their submitted amount (when a cleaning takes 45 to 50 mins). I've never had a prior dentist charge me separately for an oral exam.....it's always been included in cleaning cost. Three strikes and you're out. Needless to say...he's been fired.

Still 5 stars. Good people. Plus we'll take all of the California "refugees" that don't want to "change" Tennessee that want to come. i.e. new hygienist Kristie. Very professional and safe.

They are the best and don't try to sell Stuff you don't need. Have been going there since the 90s, highly recommend!

I enjoy going to summit family dentist. The whole staff is great. I always feel comfortable and everyone is very nice. They always answer my questions. Shout out to Dr Cashion and his friendly staff.

I can say my experience with Dr.Cashion has been great... I'm one of the ones who doesn't like dentist. And for Me to say that he's Awesome he doesn't hurt at all. I've had some bad experiences with dentist. I must say every since I have been coming to Dr. Cashion I've had a great experience everyone in his office from his assistant to his receptionist are great they make you feel comfortable they're very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very professional. Clearly explained what was going on with my teeth and presented my options. Everyone I was in contact with, from reception to business manager to assistant, was friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

We started going to see Dr. Cashion during Covid lockdown when Vanderbilt Dental was requiring tests before being seen. This office is in a perfect location for us. The office staff are professional and friendly. All the hygienists are great. Dr. Cashion is a caring dentist who does a great job with his patients. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist or need to change dentists like we did.

I have not had good experiences with dentists. I have been twice now, and was treated very well. Dr. Cashion was gentle with me as was his assistant Kathy. She definitely helped to make me fill at ease. If you are one that don't like dentists per say, then give Dr. Cashion and his staff a try.
