Great experience working with Heather to setup my son as a new patient. As a single father I greatly appreciate the ease of setting up my son and the speed of the appointment the very next week. I highly recommend Dr Terry Hamblen, he explains everything thoroughly, very gentle, easy to talk to, attentive to your needs and concerns. I usually hate going to the dentist but I actually had an enjoyable experience and to top it off he has a wonderful staff! I will continue seeing him and recommending him highly.

Dr. Hamblin is the best dentist in Florida and easily top 5 country wide. I wrote a lengthy review extolling all of the virtues of Dr. Hamblin and his staff but Google removed it for being too long. So for brevity... Dr. Hamblin practices using modern medical procedures while simultaneously utilizing several decades of dentistry experience. His staff were super kind and nice and I felt calmer after working with them. My eye was swelling shut because of a bad tooth infection. The team here saw me the same day and four days later the tooth came out clean. Admittedly, I was in tear-filled pain the whole time but after the procedure I was great in a couple of days. There were zero complications during and after the extraction. Dr. Hamblin's office is supportive, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and responds very fast. Thank you to the whole team!!!

He would get no stars from me if I could. I called asked about the oral surgery I got from my son's original dentist to be sedated being that he's 5. I was asked what had to be done and what referral stated. They confirmed on Friday they were able to do it and scheduled him for today 10/05/20. I paid $30 to get a cab there being I am handicapped and don't drive for him not to even see my son or come out and talk to us and say he can't do work. Mind you after sitting in office over 1 hour waiting to be seen. Girl that did come out wasn't pleasant or helpful either because no one could tell me why they guaranteed work when I called and read referral before making appointment with them. Very unsatisfied. Edit: I never said you guaranteed work I clearly said you said you can. We were there for a consult not even to do immediate removal. When I called and spoke with someone they took my number and called me back saying you can do work that was on referral. So to get there sit over an hour for you to not even see my son was an issue. You never saw him or came out to speak with us. Clearly sent the lady out and told her to tell us you couldn't do work and go somewhere else. That's unprofessional. No reason to why nothing. I can't even tell what you look like because we NEVER SAW YOU. WE WASTED TIME AND MONEY TO BE GIVEN A MESSAGE TO HO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Dr. Hamblen may be the best dentist I have ever been to. He has such a calm peaceful energy, and personally takes the time to ensure you have the best results. He takes the the time to show and explain what is going on with your oral health and gives you options without trying to "sell you". It is refreshing!!

HAMBLEN is not affiliated with SMILE DESIGN. He started practicing at this address when Smile Design left. Dr. Hamblen is an impeccable dentist, and his nurse and office staff are sweethearts! I had feared going to the dentist for many years and Dr. Hamblen has cured my fear of going to the dentist. He is a fair and honest dentist. He stays up to date with the latest Dental procedures. I love going to his office. I smile when I go in to see him and I'm still smiling when I leave. He doesn't have waiting room full of patients waiting to see him. It seems that he schedules patients one at a time, so it has always been peaceful and relaxed there. One-on-one...No rushing. No people all over the place, in and out of rooms, or in and out of the entry door. It's like having a private dentist. That in my opinion contributes to a more pleasurable dental appointment. Dr. Hamblen's total dental experience is NOTHING like the reviews I have read here or on any other review site. I promise that any of the negative comments are meant for the dentists at SMILE DESIGN and the affiliated dentists. It's really sad that the reviews are tied to the address of the business and not the actual business. Give Dr. Hamblen a chance, you won't regret it.

Dr. Hamblen is by far the best dentist I have ever used. Always explains everything and takes his time making you feel comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I was seen quickly for a tooth problem and there are some other things he pointed out that I have been neglecting and will address. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist and even those who currently have a dentist. Give him a try for sure you won't be disappointed.
