If I could give 0 stars then, I would. I left this place years ago but posting on behalf of family still there! I am telling them to leave this place. This place has been very suspicious. Telling patients they needed services they don't need. Incompetent. There is a billion dentists which means you get a new one every single time you come in. In addition, billing for services that have already been taken care of from 3-4 years ago and can't properly explain why you are being charged...again! This place needs an audit. Oh, don't even get started on the lobby. It's disgusting.

My son had been coming here for the past 8 years and at first it was a great place. I'm not sure what happened but my son previously seen Dr. Rick in this office and it was the not the best experience. We went in for tooth decay and they put him on antibiotics and said to come back the next week for dental work which was fine. Unfortunately when we went back in, Dr. Rick did not remember us and I had to explain ONCE again what was going on and he tried to put him on antibiotics again even after that was done. When I told him that we already did that, he walked away and the assistant wanted to do x rays. I told her they were done last week and she then told me they couldn't find his chart. I told her that she didn't even have to bother because we were leaving and going to find a new dentist. I'm not sure what happened to this place but it's not my favorite and Dr. Rick should be more personable and REMEMBER his patients or at least make sure to read the charts.

Everything was fine till they charged me an other hundred dollars after I paid it! Why do I have pay again?

I have been a patient there for years and only ever had one negative experience that ended up being my mostly my fault. I never really had problems with my teeth while a patient there. My wife, who is also a patient, had some issues with her crown falling out because of some glue issue, but it was adequately resolved. They have always been professional and courteous. The office has always been clean. UPDATE: Watch the bill you receive from them! My wife stopped going to this office three years ago and yesterday a bill for $72 appeared in our mailbox. I had an appointment 3 months ago, and I assume they miss billed this appointment under my wife's name. When we called the receptionist refused to put us through to the billing department and insisted that my wife (not a patient), drive into their office to fix this, which I consider completely ridiculous. So, I have decided to dump them and move to another dentist.

After my past cleaning, I had a tooth fall apart 2 weeks later due to a cavity. When I went in to have it looked it, their first question was, "when was the last time you had a cleaning?" Not only should they know this but they clearly weren't thorough even with x rays. I had a crown done to fix my tooth, had a temporary for 4 weeks, and have had a lot of pain. When I went back for the permanent, the doctor said they did a bad job on the temporary which is why I've been in so much pain. And then he asks again, "when was the last time my teeth were cleaned?" Also a day before my appointment I got very sick with the flu so I called to reschedule because I didn't want to get the staff sick. Staff said no problem at all and scheduled me out another 2 weeks. I got called by Regina on my original appointment time/day telling me I need to come in asap because if I wait too long the crown won't fit (which makes sense). I then rushed out on the spot to have the work done. I feel like nobody is on the same page and staff doesn't do a very thorough job with the cleanings, rushing the work, and terrible staff upfront not knowing how to schedule. All around a bad experience. This will be my last visit.

Doctor taylor is the best. But front desk staff suck. They have no clue how to do the job. Twice I have left work early for an appointment only to be told after waiting an half And hour of waiting I had to make Another appointment.

Even though the staff is very nice, I rate them a 2 for forgetting the most important thing: the medication. I am never going back to them ever again.

The staff were very nice .... very humane & groovy. Dr Rick was super - really explained everything to me & nurse too .... They put up with me. Being an ancient hippie ....The care, kindness respect is so appreciative.

First appt.no one was @ reception desk to have me complete paperwork.While there xrays were done n then dentist attempted to do a 2nd time.There was no communication between staff.Their office had me come in a second time for no reason.After my insurance approved my determination of benefits I had to call office and leave s message for patient coordinator.Its now been 3 days n no one has responded to even try to set up appointments to begin treatments.Very unprofessional n dont believe I will pursue any dental procedures from this facility

Office staff was very nice and Dr. Taylor was very personable! Even though they were short staffed during my visit the technician and Dr. Chani I think his name was, was very nice. I wish they would have explained exactly what was recommended before just saying ok we are going to do fillings sign this. But the gentleman that broke down the charges was great and helped me make a more informed decision on my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office and will be back again!

When the medicine wore off I was in more pain than before so I took the new meds and the old mixed it together and it finally put me to sleep with an ice pack I don't know if I can make it 4 days but I'll try if not I'm going to emergency room!!!! Thanks for all you've done for me the numbness was beautiful while it lasted 2/12 hoursmy new dentist Dr. Chani all the staff were excellent I love you all

Dr Taylor's family dentistry is great. Got my husband in as a new patient on a Saturday for an emergency within an hour and a half. He has been going back ever since. The dentist he sees is awesome and she takes great care of him. We do not have dental insurance and they are very reasonably priced for paying out of pocket.

Rudest female dentist in history. Second time and treated the same way both times. Would never recommend this place
