They was good before and after they get you, that's it the service will change to bad way. The front desk is super unprofessional and rude. They talk to their patients like all patients slave. It was the worst dental experience in my life! Instead of fixing my problems she just made it twice worse! She lied to me that my insurance doesn't cover white crowns but only silver or gold and if I want white crowns I have to pay 500$ extra for each tooth! I didn't know my insurance covers white crowns, I trusted her as a doctor but she just sees money! After some years all the dentists who see those freaking silver crowns ask who even put it?! All the doctors told me that my insurance would cover it but the dentist just lied! How can a dentist purposely do that to people who really need help?! SHAME ON YOU! Stay away from this Dr. Tatiana Korol. This office will make you sign paperwork that you will have no issues or concerns and not will hold doctor liable for any medical complications as soon as you walk thru doors, before you even saw doctor and discuss treatment. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I waited over 1 hour in the office for the assistant with the glasses and dyed purple hair to spend 3 minutes on a "cleaning." Afterwards, no wonder I still had stains and yellow teeth. She told me she'd give me a special toothpaste at the front desk. She DID NOT tell me they would charge me $25. $ TWENTYFIVE for ONE tube of toothpaste. It was embarrassing to decline in front of everyone but she should have told me the insurance doesn't cover it. I'm so very happy I found this dental office. They are fantastic. Everyone from the Dr. to the office staff is very nice, professional and helpful. I never had a billing problem here, which is why I left the last dentist I used. Dr. Does great pain free work. I recommend this office to everyone. SADLY I must now totally change my review. In my opinion the quality of her work is now terrible. She also lied to me and tried to steal $2100 from me . I think she should be avoided.
