After graduating with honors from UCLA with a degree in Physiological Science, Dr. Shanazari continued her education at UCLA School of Dentistry. In 2005, she graduated at top 5% of her class and has been practicing dentistry since then. Full of compassion, dependability, and hard work, Dr. Shanazari is committed to the comfort of her patients. Dr. Shanazari has a sincere chair-side manner which makes any patient feel welcome and comfortable in her care. She is a member of American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and San Fernando Valley Dental Society. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, outdoor activities, and crossword puzzles with her husband and two children.

Dr. Shanazari is the best. She and her team really take care of her patients. I have sent my roommate to her, who then recommended her best friend. We all agree that Dr. Shanazari has such a way with putting us all at ease not only while working, but also in explaining what work needs to be done and why. I have full trust in her practice!

I have been going to Dr. Shanazari for many years, way before she opened her practice in Glendale, Montrose. I followed her everywhere she was practicing, because I never found anyone like her before. So honest, and caring, gentle and loving. She explains in details so patients understand the issue they have and takes care of it. I highly recommend Dr. Tania Shanazari!

I highly recommended Dr.Tania .She has great bedside manners ,she made me feel comfortable from check in to checking out .I had avoided on seeing a dentist because I was so scared ,but Dr.Tania explained everything step by step and informed me of what was being done.The location is in a great area too so that was a plus .i look forward to bringing my son.You will not be disappointed,I promise.

I had to write a review for Dr Tanya's dental office. I've always been scared of going to the dentist. I had terrible experiences with multiple dentist but I knew she would be the one I would continue going to. Her and her staff are honestly the most caring staff I've encountered to this day. Her level of treatment is beyond expectations. she's so great that my entire immediate family goes to her for they're dental check ups. I highly recommend Dr Tanya if you're scared of visiting the dentist like me.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Dr. Tania is the best there is! She's so great at what she does and she makes you feel so comfortable! I was terrified the first time I went in, but after my first visit there I got over it.. Dr. Tania and the staff there are so kind and truly care. Would recommend her a million times! Ps. I think it's worth mentioning that She doesnt try to finesse you for your money! Lol

Love! Love! Joy! Looking forward to seeing Dr Shanazari every 6 months. As bad as I hate visiting the dentist she makes it so pleasant. Her expertise is matched with a very caring attitude for her patients. Never had anyone like her in all my years and count myself fortunate to have a new denal group in town. Thank you.

Without exaggeration Dr. Tania is the best dentist out there! I felt so comfortable and cared for throughout my whole visit. Dr. Tania is very attentive and informative. I am terrified of needles but getting those fillings done were a breeze! I can honestly say I've found my Dentist

I visited Dr. Tania Shanazari for tooth extraction, cavity fill, and cleaning. It was a great experience for me. Dr. Shanazari was very informative. She took the time to explain my options. I felt very comfortable laying in the chair. She knows what she's doing. She has gentle hands. All three procedures were pain-free. The entire office is extremely clean and the equipment is brand new. I highly recommend this office to everyone in need of a dentist.

Descanso Dental Group was such a great experience. I'm not a big fan of the dentist but when I came in to Descanso dental group all that change . Staff is amazing , they were so kind and generous . They made my visit go smoothly and most importantly I was very comfortable. Dr. Tania is such a great dentist .She is gentle , caring and also is very informative in oral health .
