As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
I have more than 10 years of experience in the dental field. In 2012, I graduated from St. Petersburg College with my Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. I then continued on and received my Bachelor's of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene degree in 2014. I love helping patients achieve their optimum oral health and I strive to keep patients' comfort of utmost importance. I have a true passion for what I do!
I was born and raised here in the great St. Petersburg, FL. I married my husband Ian in October 2020. Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on all local sports teams, relaxing at the beach & riding around on our jet ski!
I started my dental career more than 25 years ago doing front office duties while attending dental assisting school. I love connecting with our patients and team members. I am passionate about providing the best care for our patients and find my reward in their happy smiles!
I am a Swissneese (Greater Swiss Mountain + Great Pyrenees). I may appear rather large in size, but I have a very calm nature. I went through therapy dog training and have helped many people. I am here most of the time, however, if someone is either allergic to me, or fearful, I do not have to say hello.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. I love Mackenzie, the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth. She has a very calming personality and explains everything she is going to do before she does it. I highly recommend Dr. Franko and her team

I have been a client of Dr. Franko's for many years. My experience is that she and her staff have consistently been professional and caring. With Covid, the office has enhanced their safety protocols. While many of my friends are anxious about going to the dentist, I Iook forward to getting my teeth cleaned. I cannot recommend her and her friendly staff highly enough.

My dental office experiences with Dr. Franco have always been excellent. She is Extraordinary, Professional coupled with the latest technology. Over the years she has provided my wife and myself with fillings, crowns and cleanings. Dr. Franco explains everything, listens empathetically and respects our input. Her caring and talented staff of Julie & Mackenzie are wonderful! Dr. Franco is a talented perfectionist as a dentist! Hands down the Best dentist I've ever been to.

I had a good feeling from just walking in & setting up my appointment through the entire exam. Dr. Franko & staff are professional, extremely thorough & overall just wonderful! It's been some time since I've been to a dentist but there was no judgement or lectures. I'm excited to return for my consult/cleaning. AND... Silas. A terrific mascot and sweet as can be!

Dr Franko is a kind and gentle dentist. She's interested in your well being along with your teeth and gums! The staff is wonderful and her assistant Silas is top notch. I actually look forward going to the dentist again.

I have been seeing Dr. Franko and her team for five years now. I can assure you that the customer service and dental attention you will receive here are top notch. Dr. Franko and her team go out of their way to get to know you personally and make you feel comfortable. Every procedure (and charge) is explained and you never walk out of the door feeling confused. Most importantly, Dr. Franko and her team really know what they are doing! They made me a mouthguard which I wear every night now and has probably saved my molars. Every time I get a cleaning my mouth feels like a million bucks. Highly recommended . . . you won;t leave disappointed!

Excellent experience. Small office with a personal friendly touch that feels like family. Dr Franko is very thorough, detail oriented and in her evaluation focuses not just on individual teeth, but on fully functional mouth as a whole. Hygienist Kensie is one the best hygienists I encountered in my (mature) life - thorough, yet gentle. Julie, the office manager has a selection of payment options and never fails to greet you with a smile. The office itself feels modern and bright, making a dental visit actually (that's right!) enjoyable.

Dr Franko is so professional and detailed ...she will let you know Everything she'll be performing during your procedure...and her demeanor is genuinely empathetic. Be sure to read through (the) other reviews ...and I say this only because I don't want to have to rewrite the same thing. I agree with everyone and what they've said.... Dr Franko and her team are the MOST amazing humans.... they're really down to earth and welcoming. If you're looking for a great dentist to Stay with forever ...call them today...you will not be dissatisfied with Dr Franko and her nice small staff. Lovely people <3

There are not enough stars to give justice to Dr. Franko and her team. The best dentist I have ever been to in my life. In my early 20's, I had some very poor dental work done. I had problem after problem. Finally, a friend told me about Dr. Franko and I've been going to her for almost 20 years now.

Going to the dentist is usually something I avoid. That being said I'm so very glad that I found Tama and her great staff, Julie, Marsha and Mackenzie. I no longer fear going as they have made me realize the importance of taking care of your teeth. They don't push you in and out quick. Every single one of them spend quality time with you to explain causes of dental issues and procedures, even giving several options so that it's more affordable. I've learned allot and have shared my experience with others so that hopefully I can help someone else from letting things progress. Going to the dentist is not so scary anymore as I feel like I am visiting friends that care. Take the time and make an appt. with this office -you will not regret it.

Dr. Franco is by far the best and most thorough dentist I have ever been to. She did a comprehensive exam of my teeth, gums, and tongue, tested the bone strength of my jaw, explained everything as she went, and replaced a crown that I had recently broken. She also adjusted my bite, which was the reason I was breaking crowns and cracking teeth for years. I'm completely satisfied with her work, which is why I actually look forward to my January appointment for my next crown! Her hygienist is excellent and painless...a real plus, and her staff couldn't be sweeter. Long review, but I am overly impressed and glad I found this office!

I was referred to Dr. Franko by a friend for TMJ issues. I spoke by phone with Julie who was very friendly, really listened when I described my jaw issue and scheduled me for an appointment right away. She greeted me just as warmly when I arrived. Dr. Franko spent a lot of time with me during my appt. She listened to my concerns, took the time to understand what was going on, gave me a thorough exam and explained everything along the way. She even showed me a more effective way to brush my teeth! Nothing was rushed. She was calm, knowledgeable and patient and developed a care plan for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Franko and her staff. It's rare to find such a gem of a practice. THANK YOU!
