doesn't even feel like a dentist office, you get treated very well, the personnel are amazing people.. caring, gentle, & very respectful as well. love going there. I though I would never ever say that going to a dentist office was this nice. if looking for a family dentist this is it!

As usual, I have only good things to say about Dr. Megas's office. Even in the midst of reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic, they were able to get me in for an appointment to deal with a potentially critical issue. Everyone in the office is professional and human. I feel that I am valued and listened to regarding my dental treatment.

Dr John Megas and staff are the best of the best his work is beyond compare my tooth is gorgeous and he made the temporary before I left the office in one day no small task! Because of him I was able to save my tooth he simply has magical hands! The office is spotless , staff overwhelmingly caring and optimistic! If you need an implant please RUN don't WALK to this office. Thank you Dr Megas!

I gave this Dr./Office 5 stars because of the outstanding care I received throughout my extraction and 2 implants. I was so scared and they put me at ease by letting me know what was happening as they went along.

This may sound strange, but I actually enjoyed going to the dentist especially Dr. Takis J. Megas Jr, DMD located at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MA. The people are all welcoming and friendly. I've heard he was great. Was quoted $8000 for a skin graph. My neighbor works in the same field and said Megas is known to be good but over charges. I went to another periodontal dr and was quoted $2000 for same skin graph. I have no problem paying for good service but this seems completely over the top. Save your money

the best! although i am not a periodontal patient myself, i have my teeth cleaned by the periodontal dental hygienists in this office who have decades of experience in the field. it is impossible to improve upon their expertise--these folks know what they are doing!--and they are total sweethearts besides. they provide a pleasant--yes, pleasant, lol--and calm experience. in fact, everyone in the office is super nice and helpful.

It was great to be able to get back to my scheduled cleaning routine. Office looks great and everything feels safe. Everything was done promptly. And I am glad to be back after the dental closings because of covid.

The most trustworthy - honest caring staff!!! Dr. Megas is exceptional not only as an amazing Dentist but one of the most caring efficient individuals in this field. He is straightforward and excellent. He is incredibly honest when you ask about issues you might have with your teeth.
