They told me a cleaning would cost nothing because of my insurance and now two weeks later I'm getting a text message that says I need to pay or else I'm gonna be "suspended" because they have tried to reach me through mail and email but I have absolutely nothing anywhere to indicate I owe anything. Very rude. I will happily pay anything I owe but you're not gonna threaten me about it.

I went to Dr. Randers for the first time today and everyone was so great. The whole staff was so friendly and Dr. Randers was so great about explaining options and cost. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Randers is one of the best human in the world, so smart, professional, kind and trustable. I had several issues with my tooth and he could fix those perfectly with lower cost and high quality. I always owe him for his job and highly recommend him. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Randers, I NEVER FORGET YOU.

Dr. Randers was amazing he educated me and showed me lots of compassion. Kylie was so sweet and she did a great job cleaning my teeth you can tell that she enjoys her job. Thanks.

Dr. Randers is very calm, soothing and transparent in his craft. I just went through his methodic and patient process of getting a crown. I would go to.him all over again. I highly recommend Dr. T.J. with the utmost confidence for dental needs.

Dr. Randers and his staff are the kindest and most caring professional team I have seen in all of my years of needing dental care. Dr Randers truly cares about his patients and that they are kept comfortable and as pain free as possible during the dental work or procedure. Dr. Randers is the best!!

I have let my teeth go because of my fear of the dentist. After many rough dentists in my life I have zero desire to go back to any. He was recommended so I made an appointment. I have had my consultation. He let me know what needed to be done. We set a plan in action. Have had two procedures done. Last one being a painless and fearless root canal. He is a great dentist. They don't try and do things to run up the cost of procedures either. Very gentle and very fair.

The place is run by moneycentric individuals, the dentist forgot to gave enough anaesthesia during my deep cleaning left me in a lot of pain. After I complained he gave me a lot of anaesthetic and kept talking about the whole world which I didn't care at all. Finally got a call from the collector asking me to pay for the bill which I never received on top of a late fee, when I complained the dentist himself didn't seem to understand or cooperate so I ended up paying extra on top of whatever they charged me, overall it was one of the worst experience I ever had
