Dr. Shab Krish, Centre Director, is passionate about helping people and improving their quality of life. As a double specialist in both Periodontics and Endodontics, she founded Associates in Periodontics, Implantology and Endodontics and has been serving the Lewisville, Flower Mound, Denton, and surrounding North Texas communities for over 25 years.

Because she suffered from Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) pain herself, she started to study TMD, Sleep Disordered Breathing, and Craniofacial Pain. She now has over 20,000 Continuing Education credits in the field, including board certifications with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine.

After learning how to relieve her own pain and improve her sleep, Dr. Krish decided to devote all her time to exclusively treating TMD, Craniofacial Pain, and sleep disorders by opening the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of North Texas.

Tricia is an extremely vital part of the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre Team, she has a very energetic and caring spirit which she spreads to everyone around her. Tricias competitive and upbeat nature allows her to have a positive outcome in everything she does. Her favorite part of her job is seeing our patients getting the treatment they need and are no longer in pain. Tricia loves working with an intelligent and empowering doctor who is passionate about her patients. In her words Just the look and feeling they have when they are out of pain is a gift. Its the way that we take care of our patients from beginning to end and always following up to make sure that theyre okay. You leave here every day feeling you have made a difference in someones life. The team here is also like a family, so coming to work is always fun and never boring. During her free time, you can find Tricia spending quality time with her family and playing games such as monopoly with them. As she believes it is important for your health and balance of life. You will also find Tricia painting abstract and modern art, watching scary movies, as well as traveling to exotic places around the world to see and experience their cultures.

With several years of experience of being a medical receptionist in New Jersey she decided to move down to the DFW area in Texas, Theresa is a very sweet and determined addition to our TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre Team. She always says that being part of the TMJ team here in Flower Mound has allowed me to fulfill my passion of helping others in pain. It brings me great pleasure to know that I was able to get someone scheduled and seen by the great doctor in Flower Mound treating for TMJ and Sleep. Theresa enjoys spending time with her five-year-old son! She also enjoys working out, going on a pamper date by herself or with her friends.

Babs is an energetic, cheerful, kind, & creative presence to the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Team. Babs loves learning new things & seeing patients get the quality of care that she would want for her own family. She says that the best part of her job is seeing the reactions from the patients after they have improved under Dr. Krishs care & learning the different ways there is to improve someones life. Babs is always seen with her silly dog, Newt, or with her kind & caring family! During her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, cooking, going on long walks, water sports, spending time on social media, or watching sports & movies with friends.

Since graduating from Kaplan College University as a dental assistant, Melissa has helped patients with empathy, care, and patience. She also has worked with patients who suffer from TMJ and sleep disorders. Being in the dental field is her number one passion. She believes in high quality dental care and taking the time to get to know and serve each and every one of her patients. Melissa doesnt let her compassion for others end at work. She volunteers for Texas Mission of Mercy (TMOM); A non-profit organization that assists the doctors for all dental care. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, walking her yorkies, Harley and Pebbles, and vacationing. You can also find her spending time with her two daughters, her fianc, and his two kids.

Elvira has been a crucial part of the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Team as a Registered Dental Assistant for over 15 years. She is amazed by the ability to use new technology to allow patients to understand and gain knowledge of their underlying issues. Elvira sincerely enjoys the relationships that she can build with patients while relieving their pain and improving their quality of life. In her free time, Elvira enjoys spending time with her sons and grandchildren and playing an active role in her church. She can also be found crocheting, dancing, and relaxing with music or movies.

Kailee plays a vital role in the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Team. Since graduating from the Professional Development Institute in 2018 as a Registered Dental Assistant, Kailee has been ecstatic to expand her knowledge of TMJ and sleep. Her genuinely caring demeanor has made her a special part of our group, as her love and patience for children is inspiring. When away from the practice, Kailee enjoys shopping, vacationing with her family, and watching her favorite Netflix shows.
