Dr. Susan Bracker, DDS has over 20 years of experience as a General Dentist. Graduating from the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois. Dr. Bracker went on to finish a one year dental residency at the Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago. In an effort to provide her patients with the best dental care possible, Dr. Bracker was involved in comprehensive dental care involving dentistry. During her general dental program she was well trained in the care of patients with special needs including children with multiple special needs and geriatric patients.
Staying up to date of all the latest trends and technologies in the dental field allows Dr. Bracker to provide her patients with the latest and most advanced dental techniques possible. Dr. Brackers has extensive training in Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics and Root Canal Therapy.
A continued belief in continuing education is what keeps Dr. Brackers practice up to date with the rapid changes in the field of dentistry. Dr. Brackers professional career spans more than two decades, and in that time dentistry has changed quite a bit. Rest assured, Dr. Bracker and her staff keep up with the changes! Dr. Bracker attends multiple conferences and seminars each year; achieving on average, 50 credit hours of continuing education. Her staff is sent to several continuing education programs throughout the year as well.
Dr. Bracker is married to her loving husband Ken who also owns a private Architectural Practice. Together they have 3 wonderful children, one a college business graduate, the second an engineering graduate and the third is currently enrolled in a physician assistant program.
Cassie graduated from dental hygiene school in 2011 from Broome community college and has worked in this office since 2016. Cassie takes ample continuing education toremain on top of all changes/advances.
Michelle has worked on the practice for over 20 years. Michelle started in 1996 as a dental assistant and then took over as office manager. Michelle continues to broaden her knowledge in dentistry by taking continuing dental education courses and practice management courses. Michelle has been married for 25 years and has one son. Michelle likes to travel, is an avid reader, and loves to jetski.

I've struggled with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist.. from my very first appointment with Dr Bracker, i knew she was different. i feel so calm and comfortable at this office. i've had so many issues with my teeth growing up and even now, Dr Bracker always helps me!! i couldn't be more thankful i found this office with great staff. Thank you Dr Bracker and staff for everything you do!

Dr Bracker and staff made me feel very at ease on my first visit to the dentist in probably 15 years, on Friday June 10, 2022. My two problem teeth were refilled, the very, very old fillings were taken out. They explained all my dental issues and how we can fix the issues and prevent further deterioration of my teeth, gums and bone moving forward. Thank you for a super pleasant visit. You were all very personable and did an excellent job taking care of my teeth.

I was nervous but immediately felt more relaxed with the funny waiting room statues (the dog is amazing) and welcoming staff! Everyone was super nice, non judgemental, and I had no doubts about anyone's knowledge or skills, and I'm actually excited to go back and have my teeth fixed now!

I was just to see Dr Bracker for a filling she took me early and she even did my cleaning because her hygienist call in so that I wouldn't have to make another trip. Been going to her for several year she's great

Very pleasant atmosphere very pleasant people, Dr Bracker is a ray of sunshine, if there is a negative it would be the wait for Dr Bracker once the tech are done, but she can only give her attention to one patient at a time

She scheduled me for a filling and we went on our way. I waited 1.5hr before the filling even started. I have no idea how all these 5 star reviewers are okay with spending 3 hours waiting on and off for one procedure. She books 4 chairs at a time. Absolutely insane. I ended up getting 5 Novacaine shots since I waited so long. Cassie was super kind and my cleaning went well besides waiting forever for an exam. The best way to get seen sooner is to literally just leave. Apparently, other patients who referred me told me to just leave if she takes too long. She won't make you wait the next time since she wants your $40 for the exam.

I'm leaving this review because a job posting listed for a receptionist at this practice was unprofessional and borderline insulting. The job listing was rife with spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors while at the same time saying things like "leave personal issues at home" and that pay would be dependent on the "maturity" of the candidate. The job listing also says they are "urgently hiring". It's obvious how this employer feels about their employees before they're even hired so it doesn't surprise me that they are having trouble staffing. And if they don't respect their employees, I'm willing to bet they don't respect their patients either. Especially after reading other reviews.

I've been a patient here for almost 3 decades and they are always accommodating, friendly, and painless. It is an almost laughably busy office; which says a lot -- it says so many people want to experience this style of dentistry.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. Office is clean and they adhere to safety measures for those concerned. I have severe anxiety and Cassie; my hygienist! was very kind; gentle and compassionate. The Dr was a great people person and made me feel relaxed. I have my next appointment already and would highly recommend them.

I've been going to Dr. Bracker office for over 25 years! They make me and my family feel like part of their family! Everyone is very friendly and compassionate. Some people dread going to the dentist but not us, we look forward to going! I highly recommend and I have so many times!

Dr. Bracker and staff are 5 stars all the way. From convenient scheduling, friendly welcome as you walk in, to good service. Her staff is particularly great with my 5 y/o son who is not too fond of the dentist. They make it a lot easier.
