Dr. Sumalee is fantastic! We have been with her for over 10 years and couldn't be more thrilled with her practice, suggestions for outside services like an orthodontist, and the time she takes with each of our kids. I am not sure I understand the negative ratings since her team is also good with providing information about billing and submitting on your behalf, even if something is required for review again. 1000% percent I would recommend her as a pediatric dentist.

I don't recommend this dentist at all, she is very impolite and impatient . She threat you as a number. And if your kid's insurance is blue shield of California. This dentist office is not in the net, you need pay a lot more because that. Overall, very unpleasant visit.

The most wonderful pediatric dentist you can find! We have been going since our now 11 year old son was 2. She is kind, knowledgable and the kids LOVE her... for good reason. My friend's kids are now teenagers and young adult and they want to continue seeing her, That says a lot!

Sumalee is hands down the best pediatric dentist on this earth. Her vast knowledge in health related issues.....like the quality of saliva, types of food you eat, how you sleep, all play into the health of your teeth. Who knew! Sumalee is obsessed with giving you the best care possible for your child's teeth. She's quick when she needs to be with a child who may fear the dentist. Or she gives you as much time as you need asking all the questions you want. She's simply the best. I was extremely lucky to have all 3 of my children under her guidance. I wish they never had to switch dentists now that they are adults. I've seen another review that gave Sumalee a low review because her insurance did not pay 100% for the cleaning. I choose to surround myself with quality professionals and have no problem paying the gap between the amount the insurance company pays and what Sumalee charges. I feel very fortunate to have the choice. In this day and age, dentists and doctors can not afford to stay in business with insurance payouts alone. I choose high quality of service over insurance coverage. Amazing dentists are impossible to find. You decide for yourself. Thank you so much Sumalee for being the person and amazing dentist you are! Dr. Sumalee saw my 4-year old and 20-month old daughters for the first time. She was incredibly responsive and did a great job establishing rapport with them. My 4-year old used to jump out of the dentist chair in fear, but with Dr. Sumalee, she sat calmly for an entire cleaning and fluoride treatment. She answered all our (many!) questions thoroughly and patiently. I would definitely recommend her to families looking for a highly professional and compassionate practice.

Expected that visit will be covered by insurance, but finally got bill 2.5 times higher that average price in the city! They did nothing just took a quick look on my daughter teeth. I recommend to avoid.
