I was in there for a broken tooth and the doctor was very nice and put in a temporary filling on a tooth that needs a crown. My insurance initially denied the claim but i spoke with them and got it covered. Now they are not answering their phone or returning calls to anyone!

This was my first time at this office as a new patient I called Dr Shubha office for an appt for a cleaning. My regular dentist changed ownership during the pandemic and I needed to look for a new dentist. I tried calling other dentists in the area before calling Dr Shubha's office but either they were fully booked or didn't take new patients or my insurance and some didn't even answer the phone during working hours and you had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Frustrating to say the least. When I called Dr Shubha I got an appt within a few days as a new patient and they took my insurance which was wonderful. It has been awhile so I was a bit apprehensive for many reasons. Upon arriving I found the office to be well organized, neat and clean, with patient safety on a high priority. Staff is very friendly and helpful with a warm and kind approach. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting which greatly reduced my anxiety. Dr Shubha was absolutely fantastic, gentle and very experienced.as well as all her staff. The most important part for me was I didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured and I was part of the decision making in what care I needed. I also didn't feel embarrassed as sometimes we do if it has been awhile and my fears or anxiety were put at ease by their kind understanding. They promote a constant positive attitude and approach which is displayed by the entire staff. Unlike other dentist offices where you feel you don't have much of a say and you feel steamrolled into a decision, Dr Shubha's office takes their time and throughly explains options and treatments that clearly help the patient with their decision for a great outcome and one that is comfortable for the patient. Dr Shubha was fantastic. Very experienced , extremely patient and kind and truly cares about all her patients . It is a fantastic office with an incredible kind and hard working staff. I am not a fan of going to the dentist as most people feel the same way ,but Dr Shubha and her entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed.amd did a great job. I highly recommend Dr Shubha Family Dentistry. Thank you for the Great care.

I started coming here within the past couple of months and I've had a cleaning done and a crown placed so far. I'm so glad I found this place. The staff here has been very friendly and Dr. Subha is wonderful. She's very gentle and warm and just a very nice woman. I get very anxious getting dental work done and she was very understanding and reassuring. She also will happily explain procedures to you or why she is recommending a certain course of action with your teeth so you fully understand and can be involved in your care.

I am absolutely not a fan of dentistry. If I didn't have to go, I never would step foot in another office. I've had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past being unable to numb me sufficiently and proceeding with the dental work while I felt everything they were doing. I was very hesitant to have my cavities filled with this office, but they went above and beyond for me. I was apologetic of my anxious behaviour when I was brought back and warned Dr. Subha of my past dental experiences. Everyone was patient and understanding. Dr. Subha proceeded very slowly and thoroughly explained everything she was doing. When I again could not be numbed, she stopped right away and gave me another injection. I had hope, but it was still painful. Thankfully Dr. Subha was finished with 2 of the 3 teeth when she saw my extreme unease and tension and decided it best to schedule the third on another day. I was so appreciative of the Dr.'s and staff's kindness and patience. As an adult, people look at me like I am dramatic or immature when I say I am extremely fearful to have cavities filled or to even have a cleaning. These professionals understood and had the best approach possible in making me comfortable. Something that may make some patients uneased is the occasion of the staff speaking Spanish amongst themselves some of the time. Before anyone gets upset, they were not saying anything negative about me or other patients as I speak Spanish too and was able to understand them. To close, another great thing about this office is that they have some hours on Saturdays for people who work during the week. I will definitely be returning for all of my dental work for as long as I love in this area. Such a wonderful team!

A very friendly environment. Dr. Subha and the team got us in on an emergency appointment when all other places did not have appointments. We were very grateful for the opening and flexibility. We ended returning for follow-up visits. It is a warm environment, and I would recommend this place for appointments.

All staff are caring, professional and friendly. Price is good, and they will consider a payment plan. I've been to several dentists in the last 5 years and can tell you this is the best office around this area. Dr. Subah and staff rock! I will ever be humbled and grateful to them.

Dr. Subha is a VERY BAD dentist. My elderly father has his denture done here and it doesn't fit him properly. I've been taking him back and forth 5 times and he's still having pain when wearing the denture. Dr. Subha's unskilled and lack of compassion.

I love Dr. Subra she's easy with kids and she even helped me calm down and not get anxious (I get nervous at dentist offices) she's very delicate with my teeth I highly recommend her!
