They are COVID positive and never shut down. An employee came in with COVID-19 and infected all other employees, and may also have infected patients. The sick employee was responsible for sanitizing the office, they remained open, and they didn't cancel appointments. They aren't following the Ohio Stay Safe guidelines or taking safety precautions to protect their patients. Anyone who had an appointment in November may have been infected. No one should ever use Springfield Endodontics or see Dr. Hinkley.

Great experience with a root canal. Scheduled out quickly, staff was super nice. What I liked most was the sweet 80's rock music. Never had a medical procedure done with Quiet Riot playing on the radio!!!!!

Dr Hinkle and his staff were amazing. I was soooo nervous about my root canal, and they made me feel very safe, comfortable and walked me through each step. The 80s Rock background music was so helpful- and I could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Thank you

I have nothing but good things to say about this office and staff. The Doctors and the staff were beyond amazing. I was very nervous going in and the whole team from start to finish made me feel comfortable. The doctor even did a follow up call just to make sure everything was ok after the procedure. If I ever need another procedure done I will definitely go back! I would highly recommend this office!

I felt really comfortable even though my dental work was not. They made the hassle of dental work onto an easy process and I would recommend anyone to these guys and gals!

TLDR: Amazing, pain-free, experience from a compassionate expert, with a friendly staff and modern equipment. As the great American poet, Ogden Nash, once wrote, "Some tortures are physical, and some are mental. But the one that is both is dental." This wise man understood the type of apprehension I feel when I go to an endodontist office for a root canal. I have an excellent dentist and I've been going to him for years. But....he does not do root canals. I have had 2 root canals in my life and the first one was life-changing. How, you ask? So life-changing that before I go in for a root canal, I have to sit in my car for at least 5 minutes to give myself a pep talk that I am going to see this Jack the Ripper incarnate voluntarily so I don't lose all my teeth. Alas, I needed a third root canal. After whining incessantly, my fiance recommended that I go see his endodontist, who was based out in Springfield, Ohio. And this was how I found Springfield Endodontics! It was seriously a tremendous relief. Yes, it was a far drive. But it was WORTH IT! The staff knew my name as soon as I walked through the door (I've never been there before). They could tell I was nervous and was very attentive and sweet. The office had some really advanced imaging machines which was really cool. Dr. Adam Hinkley was warm, welcoming, compassionate and very talented. I could tell pain control was a priority for his practice. We all know that eventual "shot" that gives you that jolt of pain, which is usually an unpleasant primer for the horrid procedure coming next. I was made so comfortable that I hardly felt anything. They even put chapstick on my lips! No detail was left out. They treated me like a guest. Guys, I almost fell asleep during my root canal. It was that boring!!! Dr. Hinkley was so gentle with my tooth, I appreciated that so much. What's especially amazing was that I only took 1 dose of ibuprofen 600 mg and I was completely pain-free afterwards. We all know root canals are important and the people doing this type of work are passionate about their work. I just wish they would understand that for some people we share the same sentiments expressed by Saint Augustine that the "greatest evil is physical pain." I bet Dr. Hinkley has heard that before. I don't think I'll be giving myself any more root canal pep talks.

I had a great experience with Dr. Hinkley and his staff. Personable and kind. Professional, talented, pain-free. I actually felt relaxed in a dental chair, so I cannot say enough great things. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible experience here. I was seen for an eval and x-ray. Front office staff was so rude and full of attitude for no reason whatsoever. Charged way too much for an evaluation. DO NOT recommend!

Had to go get a root canal retreated today and dr Hinkley was great so was the staff I had such anxiety coming in not knowing but I soon felt very secure and safe the patients around me was even very welcoming he did the best job, such a great experience highly recommend !!

I was terrified for this root canal but Dr Hinkley and his staff were amazing! Very patient and explained every step of the process. It honestly hurt less than a filling. The staff is great too and explains everything. I hope I don't need a root canal again but if I did I would 100% go here.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hinkley today! He is quick, explains the procedure, and has excellent chairside manner. The entire staff is great and very professional, I wouldn't go to anyone but Dr. Hinkley for a root canal.
