Do your missing teeth make it difficult for you to enjoy your favorite food? Is your speech not clear because of missing teeth? Are you looking for a permanent solution? If yes, you dont have to look any farther. Dr. Steven Kobayashi provides a lifetime solution through dental implants.

My husband and I have been going there for years now. Their space is beautiful and they create a family atmosphere that makes us feel at home. They are on time and organized. Dr. Kobayashi is also very dedicated to keeping up with the times and is constantly investing in new technology and new training.

I've been coming here since high school and I'll never go anywhere else. The office is very clean and all the staff members are the sweetest. Dr. kobayashi is amazing and super friendly. Him and his staffs always make sure that I am comfortable and that all my visits go as smoothly as possible!

I went to Dr. Kobayashi with a cracked tooth. I don't like going to the dentist but he made me feel really comfortable and he looked familiar! The office is beautiful and his staff is very helpful and just so nice. Julie is my hygienist and got me back on track with taking care of my teeth. He's generous and caring. Thank you!

Dental implants are surgical-grade root devices that offer a permanent solution to restore missing or extracted teeth. It lets you smile confidently, eat your favorite food, and speak clearly once again.

Its a popular dental restoration option with Albany residents because it works just like natural teeth and prevents jawbone autotrophy. Besides, its possible to use dental implants to restore a single tooth or an entire smile!

The procedure takes a few months and isnt done overnight or over a few days. It starts with Dr. Kobayashi making an incision in the jaw to place a screw to install and attach the implant into the jawbone to act as your tooth roots.

The abutment needs about a week or two to heal by which time the restoration will also be ready for installation. Thats when you return to our dental office to have the restored crown or bridge permanently attached on the implant.

Well, it saves you time and reduces the possibility of any complications that may arise if two people handle the case. Its because the same person will be doing both tasks, and knows your particular treatment needs.

I'm concerned that if I recommend you to others it will become increasingly more difficult for me to get an appointment with you. Just Kidding.

Just had my first appointment switching over to this office. So much attention to details and working out the plan for my teeth's future. Staff was friendly, everything was great.

Dr Kobayashi has been my dentist now for about twelve years. His practice engages with what is best and new in dentistry, while the office staff and hygienists emphasize engagement with me as a human and not just a mouth. I hope never to go anywhere else.

My family has this dentist and his team for quite a long time. Initially everybody was pleasant and welcoming. But with the passage of time, there is deterioration of dental care to my family. The team especially Dr Steven is not happy when you expressed your concern. Rather he blames on you based on his perception and pointed out that there is differences in philosophy, without showing his concern and asking questions. The dark lines on my gums and gum recession remains mystery until I learnt from on line that i have periodontal disease. I should have known this problem from the dentist or from the hygienist. But NO!!! During cleaning, I always get comment, "your teeth is okay" even though my gum lines are visibly dark. On 6/4/18, hygienist didn't do polishing for my teeth and I felt something is missing. I was right when I accompanied my daughter for cleaning on the same day. And Jessica charged me unusually high $10 more co-pay on that day. Upon questioning, she said," XR has taken' when XR has not taken. Luckily, I didn't have to pay extra. Then I got a bill statement of $340.40. Jessica told me that I used up all my insurance and I need to pay this amount . When I first joined Kobayashi, I made her very clear that I don't want to exceed my insurance allowance. But without taking into consideration, I need to pay this huge amount. Though this payment is done, she sent me a second billing statement of exactly same amount. Generally, I am not a type of person who write reviews and never did in my life, but this time my conscience strongly pushed me to tell public "just be careful if they choose Kobayashi" before you are blamed for unsatisfactory dental care. I strongly feel Kobayashi dentistry is not truthful! I also wrote letter to Dr Steven and office manager Joanne.

Dr. Kobayashi is a good dentist, kind and professional, but his office staff is poorly organized. They never ever call back when they are supposed to, no matter if it's to answer a question or to schedule/reschedule an appointment. It forces you to make several calls for the same reason, even if it's something that could be easily solved in a couple of minutes. It's a waste of time and it's irritating. We're switching to another dentist with the new year for that reason.

Why can't they post the office hours on their website? Somehow Google knows but you could scour their website and never find any office hours. And they are unusual - Tuesday they close at 2 p.m. Which is fine, but it makes it difficult to schedule an appointment.

I have been seen by Dr. Steven Kobayashi a few times. His dental assistant, Ellen does a good job of cleaning my teeth. They make sure I keep my teeth in good condition. So far I have been satisfied by their services. Elizabeth \

I have been going to see Dr. Kobayashi for over 7 years, and last year began taking my two middle-school aged kids there as well. We have always had wonderful experiences there (well, compared to another dentistry experience!) . I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr Kobayashi has been taking care of my wife's and my teeth for the past ten years. I would highly recommend him as he does excellent work and his dental work lasts! Give him five out of five stars!

My experiences at Dr. Kobayashi DDS have been extremely professional and rewarding. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and caring. They know your name when you walk in the office; they always greet you with a smile and "hello". My dental needs have all been taken care of by the most knowledgeable & professional team. I had a tortuous childhood with denistry. When I go into the office Dr Kobayashi always explains what the treatment is and shows me the latest equipment that he will be using on me. He is very caring and is very knowledgeabe on the latest procedures; he takes his time and will explain prodecures to you no matter how long it takes. Dr Kobayashi and his team never "rush" your visit; always make you feel important.
