I am giving this "guy" a 1 star just because google doesn't have 1/2 stars. let me start by saying this is the first time in my life I ever wrote a bad review about a medical professional... XRAY CASE: On my Revisit, I found it odd the dental assistant told me the doctor wanted to take x rays without the dentist even initially speaking to me. anyways I accepted the x ray so the doctor can better examine the molar pain I was there for. DENTAL EVALUATION CASE: finally, after the x ray the dentist arrives and asks me on which side is it that I'm experiencing pain. I point to him the tooth "molar" and tell him the tooth you last worked on. This doctor then grabs a dental tool and starts tapping really had on the other wisdom teeth behind the molar to examine where the pain was coming from. I found this evaluation incompetent to properly evaluate sensitivity pain from cold or hot liquids. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPETANCE CASE: as he tapped, he repeatedly asked ? does it hurt ? and I responded no until he began to tap harder and had to say yes. I honestly wanted to get up the chair at that point, but I was calm and collected. so, after his little tapping evaluation he tells me the pain is coming from a cavity on one of the teeth behind the molar. I replied to him that I am not experiencing any pain in any other tooth other than the one he worked on and he repeatedly made the argument that I was wrong, and he was right. at that point, I realized he was just trying to cover up that he messed up so I told him that I will seek optional advice about the pain, he took his gloves off and walked out on me. This was so unprofessional and frankly something I never experienced with a medical professional.

We have been bringing our entire family to Dr. Yun for many years now. He is always professional and efficient. We always look forward to our visits, and have great confidence being under is care for these many years. I highly recommend him as a dentist and professional.
