A standard of excellence in personalized dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.

As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

CEREC by Sirona Dental Systems is the world's only system for the fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations in one office visit. With CEREC at your dentist's side, you can be in and out in a single visit with a permanent, all ceramic crown, onlay or veneer! For you, the patient, this means fewer injections, less drilling and less time out of your hectic schedule for dental care. So, why are thousands of people world wide choosing the CEREC restorative technique for their dental needs?

A CEREC tooth restoration isn't just convenient, it is also healthy. Many years ago, dentists had few options to repair decayed and damaged teeth other than amalgam, gold, and other metals. With CEREC, your dentist can use strong, tooth colored ceramic materials to restore your teeth to their natural strength, beauty, and function. These materials closely match the composition of natural tooth structure. This means when you eat hot food and then drink something cold, the restoration and tooth expand and contract at almost equal rates. So, your tooth does not crack, and you can go on enjoying your evening. Also, the materials are chemically bonded to your tooth, so your dentist can save as much healthy tooth tissue as possible while providing you with a dental restoration that strengthens your tooth.

Your dentist can use CEREC for more than just crowns and fillings. CEREC is capable of producing any single tooth restoration. Chipped or discolored front teeth can be repaired with beautiful CEREC porcelain anterior crowns or veneers. Your smile makes a lasting first impression. Enhance it with CEREC.

Worldwide, a CEREC restoration is placed every 20 seconds. With a history of nearly 20 years, this equipment has helped dentists place over 6 million restorations. Using metal free materials that are the closest to your natural enamel, CEREC gives you the highest quality restorative care. Ask your dentist today about single visit CEREC

If I could put negative stars I would I had an awful experience here the assistant I had no problem with at all he was so sweet but the doctor himself seemed he was having a horrible day or something he didn't let the numbing jel sit AT ALL and then gave me a shot right away with absolutely no warning I was scared so bad and I immediately start shaking and crying I because they were so rough I went in to get a crown and I was in more pain afterwards then I was with wisdom teeth they were so rough and I couldn't say anything because I felt like if I did they would mess up. I eventually spoke up because i was so upset and they lady was a lot more gentle and I told her he was being so rough on me I made very obvious signs I was in pain but they seemed to not care at all I even said this has never hurt this bad before. People pay alot for dental procedures and should never have to go threw so much pain I have been to many dentist before and this has to be the worst experience EVER!

3 reviews below! Thank-you! Jul 26, 2022: Just had another EXCELLENT experience at Arbor Dental, Longview team. It begins with a warm welcome as you enter the office with receptionist "Amber". She helps ensure our safety by enforcing CVD19 protocols and answering questions. Then assistant "Kameryn" brings you to the station/op room and explains the agenda for the visit. Dental Hygienist Hope is OUTSTANDING and is my favorite hygienist in my 57 years of having teeth. She demonstrates patience and kindness as she ensures you are comfortable. Finally, Dr. Mattos is FANTASTIC with explaining every step he is performing and pain management. Many people do not seem to understand that we are responsible for the care of our own teeth. These are the only teeth we have. I am glad this team at Arbor exists to help me keep my teeth. Thank-you Team Arbor!!! Jul 7, 2022: Today was teeth cleaning time with Arbor Dental, Longview team. I was soooooo fortunate to be treated by Dental Hygienist Hope today. She is the BEST! If every hygienist was as MARVELLOUS as Hope, cavities would be eliminated. Eradicated from earth forever. She is great at early detection or finding issues to help offer you tips to alter your own care to prevent an issue or change course. Then she provides treatment while monitoring your comfort level. It is very reassuring. We need more "Hope's!" Jan 27, 2022: Before the appointment, my anxiety was high as I was worried about my teeth. Dental Hygienist Hope was fantastic! She explained everything that was planned for my appointment, answered my many questions and was a very thorough professional. I highly recommend her! Mahalo!

Kept getting rescheduled on holidays when they weren't even open. I've had to be rescheduled for the past 6 months because the dentists call out. Then I show up for my appointment and the doors are locked I'm calling like crazy for them to open the doors so I can check in and there's no one then I get marked as a no show when I'm literally been standing at the door for a few minutes

have flexible schedule for the appointments. This place was recommended. There's an elevator for anybody to get up on the second floor and they have a nice Lobby to sit and wait. Overall, big turn around on an annual basis w/ dental staff. Agree w/ rescheduling often due not being attentive to annual holidays or owner& administration just don't care when reschedule is on a regular basis. Very bad4business

3rd time I've been rescheduled within a months time. I understand life happens and things happen unexpectedly, but this is ridiculous. It seems like the staff just decides last minute when they don't feel like working.

This has to be one of the worst dental offices I have ever encountered. I don't go there for myself but for individuals with developmental disabilities that I help support. They always cancel last minute, don't complete the full exam and separate it into two appointments and the dentists themselves just choose when they don't wanna show up. I would encourage anyone to go anywhere but here

I came in for a scheduled appointment and they told me I was never scheduled. Thankfully I had the text and email to prove to them that they had indeed made an appointment for me. It was still not in their system and they had to take me back because they knew it was their fault.

I've had been waiting 6 weeks, with a broken and painful tooth, for my appointment only to be called the morning of the appointment by the receptionist to reschedule because the ENTIRE staff called out "sick". I call BS given it's the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. If y'all didn't want to work you should have closed the office. Now I have to wait along with all your other unhappy patients for another appointment. Only I am taking my business to some place that actually cares about what they are doing.

Do not go here long appointment short they book 3-4 people at the same slot with the same dentist every time. And they bill insurance for procedures that they do not preform. Like a "surgical extraction" when it's a simple one. It costs double! Or like a 2-3 surface filling when its one. Not ethical not legal and not professional or in anyway comforting and understanding. Every appointment takes 2 or more hours because rhey have to vounce around and even knimb you more because they are gone so long.
