Receptionist, hygienists and doctor all very very friendly. Explained everything carefully. My mom is 89 and they took such care of her. Got her in right away. I can't say enough about them. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Just moved to the parish so I was calling around trying to find a new dentist. I called to schedule an appt and was sent to Linda because I had some questions about my insurance coverage. She informed me that they do not take my insurance "but sometimes we do". Okay, that makes sense, as I also work in healthcare and I understand how in network and out of network plans can be. However, I asked for help due to the whole process being confusing and i was told i would have to do it myself. I asked if there is someone there who can help me verify my insurance and she said no. There's no reason why she can't do this, she simply doesn't want to. Every medical clinic has the ability to call and verify benefits for a patient - this is simply laziness. Just called Dr Wightman's office and they did the insurance verification with me right there on the phone and got me scheduled in 5 minutes.

Completely rude at least on the phone! Won't spend money at a place with rude workers, when i have so many other qualified dentist around!

I have been seeing Dr Steven Heier, for over 15 years, he and is staff is friendly and calming, and take there time to explain what is wrong and how to fix the problem. as I have issues with getting a shot and taking x-rays, but Dr Heier was able to take them.
